So, about a week ago I came here and bought 2 chalupas. The shells were extra hard to the point that if you pressed them with your finger, they turned to crumbs. So I go here again today. I ordered 2 chalupas again. To make sure they aren't extra crunchy and dry like the last time I check them before leaving the drive thru. I go and sit and eat them. While eating, I bite into something hard. So I checked both, and this is what I find. They deliberately put some old extra hard pieces of chicken on them. When you complain about something that's called exercising your First Amendment right to freedom of speech. When someone retaliates against you for doing so, that is crime !

I come to this location quite a bit and the service is always ALWAYS slow. that’s my only qualm. But tonight when I went almost everything in my order was wrong. First, my drink was watered way down, when I asked if i could get a different one they said no because it’s supposed to taste like that (definitely not). My bean burrito had meat, my crunchwrap that i asked for no tomatoes on had EXTRA tomatoes and lastly the cinnamon twists had no cinnamon or sugar😫 I love this location because it’s close and usually tastes better but JEEZ!! To be fair i usually go around 6 or 7pm and this time i went at midnight so🤷‍♂️

Seriously be careful coming to this location and dining inside. There was a condom left inside the fountain drink liquid reservoir. The bathroom doors were locked. It is not a safe area.

Very bad. I bought potato soft tacos and those potatoes were so hard and chewy. They seem to be expired. I just had to throw them away and I dont even think an employee could eat one of those things.

The face this was a remake on a order and it’s still not fresh after spending $20 plus dollars you guys have todo better on the food when it’s that’s damn high

The place looks newer, the service was a 2 or below because even tho we had ordered ahead to skip the line we were made to wait a vert Ling time, but the service from the people was very nice, I enjoyed talking to the employees there. Will go back just maybe order even sooner . The rest well , the food was a bit sloppy put together, but it's fast food so.... overall 3 stars , I believe that's fair.

There was a mistake with my order and I spoke to Trevor who took care of it immediately and had my order quickly remade. I appreciate the customer service here, its above most other restaurants.

I'm a mail man, and the manager here is awesome, he makes sure to take good care of me and give me awesome customer service. Best Taco Bell around for awhile 🤙🤙🤙💯👍
