    Gross. I waited about 40min for an 8 peice, crispy all legs. They had to make some chicken which is fine but I would hope that chicken would actually be hot and crispy when I get it. The kids didn't know what they were doing, everyone was stuck in line for 30min behind us. The chicken was right on the edge of being cooked, the breading wasn't even cooked. It was still sopping wet and soggy. Not crunchy, and I got a whole chicken not legs. Kid in drive through had no idea what he was doing. He kept opening the window to speak, staring at us, and then close it. He did this multiple times. He didn't read our order off he just reached for the card so we had to ask. He didn't talk to us at all. Not coming back. I still tried to eat it and now I feel sick.

    Ordered online. A large order.. told it would be ready in 15 minutes.. got the notice that it was ready for pickup. Showed up and a very rude worker said we don't have that much food and it ain't going to be ready. They have zero french fries and didn't offer any solution other than to call the 888 number. We were already out $80 plus. I tried to find the number she was very difficult to find. Immediately went back in and spoke to the manager who then said oh yes we can fill that order but we had to wait because they had to make more chicken this after they told us it was ready to go. Never got a hold of the 888 number and waited another 20 minutes to get an order with multiple substitutions... Never again

    Had a really good experience! Sage the manager was very nice and helped us with everything we need. All the employees were busy doing jobs behind the counter. The food was made quickly and anything they were short on accommodations were made. The food taste great! Before coming to this one we went to the Antioch store only to be met with a ghost town. Full 180 in experience. Will say the main floor and bathroom did need cleaned but they were short staffed and busy so understandable.

    It had been less than an hour and a half of them being open and every single table was filthy, trashes all full. We stood at the register for over 5 minutes with no other customers in the building. Someone went to take our order and then walked away without any explanation. A few minutes later the next person who came stared at us with no greeting and then during ordering was very rude. F99d came out fast however everything but the chicken was cold. Overall bad experience. We won't be returning to this location. Beyond horrible, we just want other to be fair warned.

    Went there last night and ordered a 12 pc bucket all dark meat with 2 mac n cheese and 1 mashed potatoes. When we pulled up to the window the manager sage said they were out of biscuits and only had 4 at the moment. We told her it was fine and she comped up a gallon drink. When we got home there was only 8 pc of chicken and 2 mash and 1 Mac I drove back up there and the employee Katie was rude when I told her the order was wrong. I told her I tried to call but no one answered she then told me well what do you want me to do we’re busy! There wasn’t a single person in the store or drive thur when I got there. She was mad because she said she put that order together and did it right. It was 8:30pm and they were already closing down and they don’t close until 10pm and said they didn’t have anymore dark meat and wouldn’t make any more the manager sage then put a few pieces in a box and sent me on my way. When I got home the chicken in the e box was indeed all dark. Very confused on how they lied about not having dark meat anymore and then produced dark meat.???? Employees we’re just completely rude and clearly should not be running the store

    I've been to this restaurant several times in my life and over the last year, it has become unbearable. Every time, it's at least a 20-30 minute drive thru process, from waiting at the speaker to waiting AFTER I've already paid. All this and I still haven't complained... until today. Someone please explain why if my total was $26 and I handed them $31, I couldn't get any change back. She said "I can take $30, but can't give you anything back," Then proceeded to tell me I need to use my card. She would've gladly let me say "nevermind" and leave. That is 100% unacceptable.

    First of all the only reason this gets 5 stars is because the employee Sage went above and beyond to solve a ridiculous situation. If it wasn't for her this would be 1 star all day. Ultimately make sure the app doesn't send you to the wrong store otherwise you will be without food and spending 45+ minutes of your time minimum to get your money back. The Colonel bout to lose all his business to Raising Canes!

    Great people, horrible burnt food. I worked in the fast food industry when I was young, just like your employees now. But I had standards even at 15. And I would have never served what I received the last time I came. And the last time I will ever stop there
