Perla is wonderful! I have thick curly hair and she gave me an amazing hair cut and style. She listened to my ideas and gave her thoughts on how to best achieve the look I wanted. The end result was better than I ever imagined. I have seen Erin L. many times in the past and would also highly recommend her for curly cut and color. You can’t go wrong with either of these ladies.

I’ve never had a bad curly cut with Cayla! I’ve been seeing her for about a year, and I always leave the salon feeling extra cute. She is endlessly kind and patient, and always makes sure to explain any finer details I might be unsure or unaware of. I’m not a very talkative person, and she has never made me feel pressured to fill the silence. I have always felt welcomed and comfortable in her chair! The salon is warm, and anyone I’ve interacted with has been kind. They always offer a drink, which is a nice touch. I really appreciate the wider chairs for accessibility!

I have come to Lumine Crossroads several times now and every visit has been amazing!! From the front desk to the chair, everyone has been so lovely and the environment is so bright and beautiful-I love it! Though, I'm especially impressed with Cayla. I don't typically give reviews until I've had a chance to really experience a place, so even though I've only been through a handful of times now, Cayla has consistently been incredible. Besides just being super cool and having a really kind demeanor, she listens so well and offers her professional opinion at the right moment. I've been struggling with some hair loss recently due to post-covid symptoms and she has just been so practical and non-judgmental. It made me feel really at ease. My coloring has been SO beautiful and has allowed me to stretch out my appointments because they fade so nicely and naturally! I'm a bit of a slacker about keeping up with timely, routine visits, so that has been a pleasant surprise but I definitely want to come in more regularly to get that fresh beautiful color! Cayla's detailed and precise scissor work has given me some of the best cuts I've ever had, honestly. I can't say enough great things about Cayla and always look forward to my visits to Lumine! Sara is the reason I’m a repeat customer at Lumine Salon! She is the best! I can tell she really listens to how I want my hair to look because the results are perfect! She is super knowledge and can tell you about every product she uses. I feel totally at ease with her cutting and styling my hair. Can’t recommend her enough!!! The salon is always clean and welcoming too! Only slight inconvenience is the street parking, but that’s to be expected in Crossroads.

Cayla is THE best. I imagine I am an odd client-I’m awful at small talk and never quite know what I want my hair to look like next. She puts up with my indecisiveness, talks me through her ideas on my hair, and doesn’t mind when I zone out and disassociate in the chair the entire hour lol Lovely human. no one has ever understood how to embrace my natural hair as much as her and her texture work is 100. Cayla helped me end a 15 year to oC relationship with my hair straightener, and she takes time to make my hour in the chair special, every time. She has serious talent, attention to detail, and in general, I enjoy her high level of hospitality, knowledge, and dedication to helping clients learn to love and work with their natural hair texture. 12/10 would recommend

I used to go for years without getting a haircut because I didn’t trust anyone to do it to my liking. And I never had any chemical processes done for fear of destroying my hair, having it not turn out to my liking, having to spend a fortune on the upkeep, etc. Enter Erin. She is wonderful. She taught me about options I didn’t know existed to try new hair colors (glossing), did beautiful highlights to satisfy my desire to get back to my original hair color faster, never tries to push me into trimming more of my hair than I am comfortable with, and has recommended amazing hair products. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I would refer anyone looking for exceptional salon services to Erin.

Erica gave me the curly cut of my dreams and I’m super happy with the results. It’s so difficult to find good curly hairstylists, but Erica did an incredible job and helped me find the perfect style. I recently had my hair done by Sara for the third time. I came back today after not loving how my hair turned out last time for a correction. I was really nervous to come back because I’m never usually one to complain about services and usually just take the loss. I had no reason to be nervous as Sara was completely understanding of what happened and made my hair exactly what I wanted today. I really appreciate the transparency and willingness to make it right!
