I was over charged. The menu price and the receipt price are two different prices when there were already menu price corrections I'm unsure why this was not corrected. The menus are an electric screen I'm not sure why you'd tape paper over a screen. The location was very dirty and they were out of the thin crust and they had zero fresh and ready pizzas. When a man tries to buy wings , then cheese bread they literally told.him you don't want these and he said yes I do and they threw it away anyway. Service was not ideal. There needs to be a better management put in place to better execute cleaning, proper ordering for.the needs of the restaurant and retrain staff to the minimum brand standards.

Spectacular location with the most helpful and courteous employees! "Julie and Rachel" were true Rockstars! We had to grab numerous pizzas 🍕 for a grieving family at a hospital nearby! From phoning the order in to picking the order up, they couldn't have made it any easier! The taste and temperatures of the pizzas 🍕 were perfect, as expected! The facility was clean and to notch! No waiting here. Order ahead and pick up on the run! Thank you again and this is the only Little Ceasars location we'll continue to use! 😉😋

Had an online order, waited ten minutes over ready time before I went in and asked about it. Turns out even with 4 to 5 employees in the location they still can't get orders checked in on time, my food was on the shelf just waiting. Not in the pizza portal. Thankfully the pizza was cooked. The crazy bread is almost all raw. It's still dough. Can't eat over half of it. I was not the only online order waiting either, there was 2 to 3 more customers waiting on their food. Had the same problem about two months ago, and there were only 2 to 3 employees in the location at the time. I will not be ordering from this location again. I will just drive up to the N Oak location, when I want to order again.

My entire meal was disgusting. I had to wait an additional 20 after the latest pick up ready by time. The lady that helped me get my order was nice but lost and confused as the guy who left my boxes somewhere and she didn't know where as he just walked out the door. (Not sure why) but when I got my pizza I was highly disappointed 😒 the color of the cheese was not normal it's like it was cooked (scorched) on the top and not cooked underneath on the pretzelcrust only. All 3 pizza's weren't cut. like I seriously don't know what happened at little chasers today but it was terrible. I normally have no complaints except maybe the wait but omg this was terrible I posted this on my review in the app Fast fwd a couple days later, I received a call from a lady there and she asked a few more questions by the end of the convo she knew who/ what I was talking about and had pizza's remade for me. I just got them last Friday and I'll be back that pretzel crust one is so good

Tried the Calzony. Only one kind, it was good. I like the thin crust pizza. Don't get regular crust here. The Calzony had good dough and taste from sauce.

Ms. Cleo needs two things, number one, a raise, and number two, some more help. Pizza wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after last available ready. At twenty minutes past said time I went inside to ask on the status, and Ms. Cleo was so nice and apologetic. It was BUSY and she only had one person helping her cooking food. I was really impressed with how well she was handling everything in a difficult spot where I know that a lot of people were less than thrilled. UPDATE: I gave it a second chance last night. Considerably worse experience primarily due to the terrible customer service from the gentleman working the front. He certainly did not make any effort to hide his dislike for his position, or any effort to extend respect or common courtesy for customers.

I've eaten here already several times over the last year. Each time I have been pretty satisfied with what I get. I know I am one of the big fans of crazy bread. Usually can't resist to get one as if I order a pizza. It would be nice to have some kind of fresh made dessert instead of the prepackaged ones.

Do not order online from this place. It's anyone's best guess when they are actually open. Oder wasn't canceled until I came to the location in person. Was greeted with a locked door and someone shaking there head at the register. I did receive a refund but didn't need to show up in person for that. Complete waste of my time. If your not open turn your sign off and stop accepting orders.
