Slowww, don’t stop by if u are limited on time. It takes about 15-20 min (no exaggeration) from time u step in the store to the time you two out and I was first in line. The lemon grass smoothie is great, but the Keto champ smoothie not so much. Also over $20 for 2 smoothies, not worth it.

I’ve tried this location 3 times and each time I’m waiting AT LEAST 10 minutes for a smoothie. Never a “sorry for the wait”. I had to honk for someone to come to the window. I just waited 17 minutes for a smoothie only to be handed a half of a bowl... I did not accept it and requested a refund. The little girl with green hair had an attitude about it and I had to wait a while for that. You guys need to get it together!! I definitely WONT be back. Do yourself a favor and try another location and stay away from this one

I love Smoothie King. Have been to all of them in the Northland. This is hands down the SLOWEST one of them all. The first time I went it took about 10 minutes in the drive-through with only one car in front of me. The second time I made the mistake of going back and there was one car in front of me, but it only took about eight minutes this time. AND IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Hopefully I remember to use any of the other ones in the future. The smoothies are still good. Just be prepared to wait. And wait.

My wife went here today to use a free coupon that is on our app, 1 free 12 oz X-Treme watermelon smoothie. Had everything added into the app correctly and the worker scanned and said that the coupon did not work on their computer for that smoothie. They tried adding in different size and it still did not work, no other help to resolve the issue. Ended up have to pay for something that is free on their app. Never had issues using the app at any of the other locations in the area Edit: Spoke with the owner after this, issue was resolved very quickly. Was never an issue with an employe, great service, just disconnect from the app to the store.

Tip shaming payment protocol with no option to not leave a tip. I'm already paying $8 for a smoothie, this is nonsense. Will not return with these silly policies.

Wow! I'm really glad to have this place in the neighborhood! I had never tried Smoothie King before. I rejoiced to find that they have sugar-free, health-supporting options. The prices seem reasonable given the quality. Last night I walked in there with no clue about the menu, and the clerk helped me choose one that was well-suited and delicious! Looking over the website, I found they have a tool that will help customers choose; it was great to see they have many sugar-free options! This morning I tried ordering online, and the smoothie was ready right at the time I specified. Keep up the great work, Barry/North Oak crew!

I ordered my $13 large smoothie and pulled up and I was waiting in line for 20 minutes for one smoothie and the person in front of me got two smoothie bowls that looked so bad and so skimpy I just decided to cancel my order and leave. The person in front of me also said something about how bad they looked and those things are not cheap I'll tell you that! They should have offered her a refund for that garbage! This location seems to be terrible

Edit: finally got my smoothie and it tastes literally awful this is the 5th bad experience Ive had here in a month span and I will not be returning. I was so excited to have a smoothie king near my work. I’ve been sitting in line behind one car for 5 minutes who ordered one smoothie. I’m on my lunch break. This should not be a thing. I’ve gotten smoothies here where the cup is not full, the order is incorrect, or the smoothie itself is all ice and no flavor. I always ask for it to be in a styrofoam cup. They never do that and they end up having to change it because it melts too fast in plastic in the heat. What is this lol.
