Luke warm at best,service was terrible, I am surprised they are still open...just sayinl.. don't even know where Taco Bell is there

Line was not long at all. Staff was not plentiful but food still managed to come out in less than 5 minutes. The inside was very clean during my visit. Nice interior design as well. Important to note that this is a dual restaurant. It is a Taco Bell and KFC.

Usually get a famous bowl , but probably not anymore being the chicken in it is usually hard or rubbery. The windows in the store are just filthy! The parking lot has trash everywhere as well! Saw open trash on the ground (and lots of it!) In the dumpster area. The drive thru barely had any lighting, so it was hard to tell if they were open. Not a pleasant experience at all!

Just Ghetto. Every body mad or got an attitude. You can only have 1 honey. They told me that they have to take care of the drive through first. It’s a proof you ask for anything. Nobody says thank you. I was super nice because I didn’t want anyone to do nothing bad to my food

This is the strangest KFC I have ever been to. Bathrooms are kept locked and there is plexiglass covering the entire counter which is really weird for a fast food joint. I’m just assuming it’s a really sketchy part of town. When I arrived, the only other customer there was a homeless dude sitting at a table. No one was in the drive thru. I walked up to the counter and just stood there while four employees were just sitting around playing on their phones and eating food. Super awkward! An employee finally walked up to take my order. He gave me my cup (which had some gunk around the top) and then I sat down, waiting for 10 minutes before going back to the counter to ask about my food. An employee asked me what I ordered, so I told him and he got it for me, while another employee walked by a grill, grabbed a taco and started eating it. No idea why no one started prepping my order after I cooked it. I planned on dining in, but the whole vibe was odd and uncomfortable, so I left. The food tasted fine, but dang this place is strange! If you are looking for a KFC after the zoo like I was, I suggest skipping this one.

They can't tell the difference between white meat and dark but they sure as he'll remember to change you extra for the white meat they don't give you. Biscuits and mash potatoes were also very dry.

Ordered a fillip box online , and drive all the way to the store and they forgot the nuggets and only have a baby amount of fries . When we went back the person didn’t apologize , offer us anything for the inconvenience or even let us keep the original food for that matter . Food is too expensive to be treated subpar and having to go back out in 100 degree plus weather.

Food wasn't great . However the guy working was running his butt off and looked like he'd probably been cussed out by rude customers because they were out of straws(not his fault) He did great.
