👍👍 Was a fun free experience for our son. After our trip to SeaLife we went upstairs to kaleidoscope where there were many arts and craft stations for our son to craft hats, cards, and puzzles, amongst other things. Was alot of fun, and it was free! We will go back next time we are in town! People often mention Hallmark, free, history,

We've been to KC 5x in the last year and were thrilled the Visitor's Center had finally re-opened! Reservations were easy (it's free) and the staff were just lovely. We started with the video on the Hall history and then did a self-guided tour. All-in-all, it took us about 90 minutes to pour over everything but you could have taken longer, we didn't even watch every video. We were so impressed with learning how it all started and what it's become, including the Hallmark Channel! They do have a small gift shop but if you go over to the shopping mall, they have a big crown store with lots of variety.

This place is pretty cool! They have a place where we take our daughter monthly called Kaleidoscope. It was created by Hallmark and they have a place there with a whole bunch of activites and crafts for little children (and even adults who want to show their creative side! Some of the things they have include a watercolor station where you can paint. They have a "Galaxy" room where they have screens you can draw on with fiber optic cables. They have a station where you can draw with markers and make puzzles, they have a place where you can paint pre-cut shapes, color them and glue them together. There is also a place where the children can enter and you can press different buttons and they make various sounds and music. It is very colorful and creative as they use different things to bring out the creativity in children (and you also)! It is also free, which is good also! If you are looking for a good place to go for a half an hour with the family this is the place to be.

It's awesome, the movie is a must see things you never new about Hallmark that you should know. And the folks that work there are the best especially Ron W. He has been there an amazingly 27 years. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Nice free museum with a 15 minute video about the founder of the company. Lots of displays and artwork. The bow making machine was interesting to watch.

I felt like getting to visit during Christmas was a real treat. There’s a little bit of history for those older folks and the kid’s scavenger hunt keeps them engaged! Awesome place. Great photo opp at the end with all the decorations.

What a great afternoon! After an excellent introduction from one of the volunteers, were we given a tour of the visitor centre. Really informative and interesting. Would never had known the foundations of an international company started in KC.

Great history I didn't know hallmark was involved in so much stuff! I would recommend this museum, there were a few kids there that seemed a little bored but if your kid likes history then they will love this place!

I did not know the history of Hallmark and that it is now headquartered in Kansas City, MO. Very interesting in the partnerships that the Hall brothers formed early in their careers that cemented Hallmark as a major brand.

A FREE and educational as well as FUN experience for the kiddos! Hallmark is doing an amazing job including the community in their model! We were able to learn SO MUCH through their free museum! We watched a machine make a bow, we viewed card die cuts and machines, we even met an author of card and books by Hallmark! I highly recommend doing this tour! We then sent free postcards to friends from Hallmark Headquarters! It was so fun!

Very interesting learning of its history and so many beautiful things to see. I especially liked the way different Christmas trees were decorated.

Odd place but really nice staff and interesting information about a company not thinking about much.

A little hard to get to but definitely worth it. Marvelous timeline. Informative movie. Fun displays. And, they validate the parking!

Please remove the duplicate Hallmark Visitors Center. This is the correct one. The correct one gets 5/5! Great, free experience. Loved the customer service of the docents.
