In
March
I
received
a
call
about
my
past
do
balance.
To
prevent
the
charges
from
reoccurring
I
selected
to
freeze
my
account.
The
salesperson
I
spoke
with
notated
the
account
but
never
submitted
the
freezing
of
the
account.
Being
that
my
account
was
wrongfully
charged
I
spoke
with
the
sales
manager
and
requested
that
he
fix
the
error
on
my
account.
*Note
that
I
originally
came
in
to
the
club
to
cancel
my
membership.
The
club
manager
stated
that
if
I
cancel
my
membership
he
can’t
undo
what’s
done.
Simple
right!!!
So
I
made
a
small
payment
to
keep
the
account
active
and
allow
the
mistake
to
be
undone.
The
club
manager
then
reneges
on
what
he
could
do
and
states
that
he
can
freeze
my
account
for
3
MORE
months
which
would
add
about
another
33$
to
what
is
already
owed
versus
removing
the
the
additional
charges
from
April
-
June
.
I
was
never
notified
that
the
freeze
was
not
applied.
I
stated
to
manager
I
would
like
to
speak
to
the
owner
to
right
the
wrong
doing
and
he
proceeded
to
belittle
me
for
not
knowing
who
he
was
and
throwing
his
9
year
tenure
with
the
company
in
my
face.
Little
did
he
know
I
was
a
former
employee
of
the
company
and
will
be
reporting
these
false
charges
with
the
BBB.
