Awesome help inside of this location. Very attentive staff that makes you feel comfortable.

Had seen some designer sunglasses while traveling overseas but didn’t purchase. Decided to pop into Sunglass Hut on the Plaza in KC to see what they had to offer and to see what style & frame shape looked best on my face. One of the store associates, Craig, helped me tremendously. I felt he was honest and even stepped outside with me to try 2 pairs out in the sunlight. He didn’t pressure me whatsoever to purchase anything but encouraged me to take my time browsing & trying pairs on. He was very patient while I sent pics of my favorites to my daughter (the fashionista) so I could get her opinion as well. In the end, I purchased a pair of sunglasses that were a blend of butterfly/cat eye that I hadn’t really seen anywhere else. They were very flattering, stylish & offered UV protection. I also interacted with some of the other associates who were so friendly and down to earth. I would go back to this store even though there are others closer to me!

Was warmly greeted upon entering the store and was given space and time to browse by the associate working. Also the associate was helpful when I had questions and helping me to select the style that I wanted.

We always prefer this location. Anytime we have any issues the staff is always very helpful. Kylah helped us today and was great!

Lady at the front desk was so beyond helpful and very pleasant to have conversation with. She helped me browse around and gave me suggestions on where to get my glasses fixed. I cannot remember her name it might've been Rudy so I apologize but thank you for your kindness.
