Easily the worst urgent care experience I've ever had! The staff is extremely unprofessional and honestly straight up rude. Nobody wants to deal with your employees attitude when they're already feeling sick. The provider here intentionally set the fill date on my prescription to be delayed by 4 days so now I'm unable to treat my illness until the pharmacy is able to fill it. I'd strongly advise everyone to avoid this place!

Antonia, Hannah, and Lauren were very clear and helpful. By far, the easiest experience I have had at an urgent care facility. Antonia, thank you for working hard to make check-in quick and greeting me with a smile. Hannah, your heart to serve others is evident and extremely appreciated. Lauren, I am grateful for the way you compassionately listened and walked me through the next steps. You are all amazing! Keep up the good work! 👍

Wish I could give zero: I am not from the KC area and needed to find a good institution to take care of some severe complications I was dealing with. I didn't even get a chance to rate the entire business because the receptionist who was working on 9/16/21 around 8am was the WORST I have ever experienced. I was trying to explain that I needed to see someone immediately. The receptionist kept interrupting me and arguing with me that my complications were not as bad as they seemed like. Poor attitude and personal philosophy. Glad I went somewhere else, and would never wish anybody else to go through what I did!

Did all my registration and check-in online from home in order to "expedite" the process. Got a text at 6:15 that I should head in because they're ready to see me. Arrive at the clinic at 6:30. Wait in the waiting room for over an hour. Go to the exam room where a tech spends a total of less than 5 minutes taking my vitals, history, and swabbing my nose for the rapid covid test which takes 15 minutes to result. Over an hour later and I'm still in the exam room waiting for my results. I've been sitting here so long the automatic lights turned off. At this point I question whether the test was even read in the appropriate timeframe to have an accurate result. Incredibly unsatisfied.

I was incredibly anxious and scared because I had a spot on my breast. I was definitely afraid of what my experience would be like. Off the bat the woman at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. Nurse Asia and Dr. Baldwin were amazing. Reassuring and kind. Very positive and quick experience.

I am so impressed with how kindly and efficiently I was in and out of this CareNow. I met Kelly at the front office with a warm smile and voice, she helped me get registered. I accidentally dropped my gloves and she picked them up for me. I'm 9 months pregnant and a simple task is more challenging. I may have been in and out within 20 mins. Web check-in made the process easier.

Best urgent care experience I’ve had. This was my first time visiting and every person there made me feel so taken care of. I will absolutely be choosing this center next time I’m under the weather. Thankful for this kind staff!

A fast and efficient experience. I was feeling completely awful, but everyone was kind and helpful. I was able to make set up that I was coming from their website and get seen faster than I'm used to being seen. I also got a lot of helpful papers to take with me after, that detail my care plan and meds.

Urgent care was actually treated with urgency and everyone was very kind. I was able to complete paperwork through the website and was seen at the quoted time, not just put in a room to wait another 20 minutes before speaking to someone. I was able to get to the appointment and have necessary prescriptions filled all in less than hour. If only my insurance took care of more of the copay..

From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, everyone I encountered during my visit was super nice. I’ve been to quite a few urgent cares before, and this one was the best. My nurses were so attentive to my needs.

The facility was well kept and organized. Nurses were friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and well understood. I hate hospital environments, but this visit was pretty comfortable. Would recommend

I had to come to CareNow twice around the holidays. The first trip the nurse did a terrible job swabbing my throat (it was so bad I had to ask if she was sure she got a sample), and I subsequently tested negative for strep—even though I was very sick and my 3 year old had it. I ended up back there a few days later even more sick. I got the same nurse, and this time I asked her to please use a tongue depressor to get a good sample. She said she didn’t know how to use one?! After making sure she got s good swab, I tested positive for strep, which had also by this point spread to an ear infection AND skin infection. The front desk staff and management was the rudest staff I have ever encountered at a medical clinic. No smiles, few words, and no acknowledgment of their shortcomings when I complained about my experience. The nurse was incompetent at best. The only redeeming employee was the nurse practitioner. She was more than competent and apologetic for how sick I gotten between visits. She made sure I was on my way to getting well. The rest of the staff could care less about their patients. I will never go here again. I advise you go somewhere else to receive adequate medical care.

The staff was so nice, calm and professional. The office was clean and inviting. They were quick about getting me into a room at my appointment time. And the wait was totally fine sine they have dvds playing in each room and Elf was on. So waiting my turn after my tests were processed was no big deal. I thought that was a very nice touch. I thought the tvs were a nice touch and probably help keep most people calm. They addressed my problems and got me the treatment I needed. Highly recommend them.

I called to make sure this place took Medicaid. They do. However the reason for my visit was for X-rays which I specifically mentioned at least 3 times while on the phone. I do appreciate the online check in and being able to wait at home until they were ready to see me, but they wasted my time for such a simple key piece of my reason for a visit. The nearest location that actually did have X-ray was 40 minutes away, meaning I get to wait another day to find out if I have fractured anything. Hard fail. Incompetent. No awesome.

I’ve gone to this location several times in the last few years… always excellent service and care. They are so empathetic and kind when you are feeling poorly. They even call for a follow up to see how you’re feeling and what else they may do to help you feel better. Highly recommend!

It was calm, clean, and staff is super friendly. Front desk Ladies, SO nice, friendly? Back office ladies were helpful, knowledgeable and again, SO SWEET 😁 The NP that assessed me was casual with her Important Position, Funny, smart, FAST.. I would love to go to my personal GP and have my visit go so "normal" and run so fluently. (A girl can hope) I appreciate all of the care team at the Stateline Rd. KC, MO office! Completed online registration for an appointment on a weekend, received a follow up text 20 minutes later with appointment time within the hour. Visit to the location was great. Was able to see nurse and Doc within a few minutes. Very thorough, good communication, made a timely diagnosis, prescribed medication, and I was on my way. Less than 1 hour total at the clinic, Liked the staff and Doctor. Will use them in the future.

Had a great experience at Urgent Care on State Line. Not a long wait and the staff was very friendly. The nurse and practitioner were very courteous. Would recommend.

The staff is Amazing! This is my second time needing to come here and the ladies here are always pleasant, never seem drained or overworked. You can tell the environment is welcoming. The ladies at the front make sure you’re comfortable, always smiling and laughing and the MA named Asia is just as pleasant as can be. I will definitely choose them first for my urgent care needs each time!

Staff was very friendly, and me feel comfortable. They made sure to properly diagnose me, based off of the conditions I reported. I would definitely go back here for any Urgent Care situation.

The service was great. The staff was very knowledgeable and the Doctor was on point. I left feeling much better. I would definitely go again. The wait time was approximately 10 minutes.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service and care I received by the staff! The facility was extremely clean, and everyone was very courteous! If I ever have an urgent situation again, this is the facility I will for sure visit.

Had a very pleasant experience. The staff were all friendly and very understanding. The front desk Tasia go my in fast and the provider Lara Fiscus was thorough and experienced and gave me everything I needed to get better. Will definitely be coming back!

I ended up at CareNow after I took a fall and needed stitches! The staff was quick and efficient. The NP who stitched me up was amazing! I barely felt a thing and I was so scared as it was my 1st time getting stitches! The whole staff was very busy as an ambulance arrived shortly after us, however they remained calm and patient with me and got me taken care of very quickly. The total bill for 7 stitches, a brace and a wrap bandage was $140. I do not have insurance and had to pay out of pocket that day. I was expecting the price to be over $500, so I was very happy that I didn’t break the bank. I recommend this place, hands down, if you ever need urgent care!

I came here because I was visiting my sister from out of town and got sick. I was very nervous being so far from home and feeling so sick. I have to say that their staff was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The receptionists and nurse were so nice. The doctor who saw me was just amazing and so comforting. The physical space was immaculately clean. I wish every urgent care could operate like this! Well worth the hour wait. Thanks again to their excellent staff!

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Even though they were busy I was able to be seen in a timely manner. This was my second trip to this clinic and I won’t hesitate to return again if needed.

The office staff was efficient, thorough, and so kind. We used the web check-in appointment system which sent us a text when it was time for us to head to the office. It worked quite well and we didn't have to spend a lot g time waiting in the car or in the waiting room.

The healthcare provided was good. The NP was informative, empathetic, personable and knowledgeable. My only criticism is that I couldn’t hear the young lady who checked me in. Part of the problem was that they had School of Rock (movie) on the TV and it was loud. The young lady was wearing a mask but mumbled quietly and I had to ask her to repeat everything she said to me. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a minor annoyance. This is the second time I’ve been here, and it’s a good service. Glad these urgent care centers exist.

Everyone was super friendly and professional. I actually felt like a valued patient from each person I encountered. I received better care here than at my family doctor. Very impressed! Highly recommended!

From the second I walked in to here I knew this place was going to be amazing. From the receptionist to the nurses to the Doctor. Everyone was so nice and in great cheerful moods. When you’re sick you need to see happy people with good personalities and this place had it all!

The staff was very nice, but they don’t take womens pain seriously. I was in tears from being in so much pain and I was told to stop taking the amount of advil I was taking because it’s ‘too much’ yet they wouldn’t prescribe me something more beneficial. Not horrible service, I would say 6.5/10. Facility was very clean and they were enforcing masks. I would go here again if I was sick, but not if I’m in pain. It was very upsetting considering I had a woman doctor, so I thought she would really listen when I said my pain level was at a 9, but unfortunately I was wrong. Make sure you check in online ahead of time if you plan on going.

They said I'd be an hour behind, but they were quick and got me back. Brie was awesome best MA and the ladies up front were very friendly. The Dr. Was great and nice and friendly. I had a great experience here.

Just an overall great experience. The young lady that welcomed me was overly accommodating with a challenging request. She was warm, kind and made me laugh and smile through the process. She went above and beyond and was fun and personable. Highly recommend this place!

After spending days trying to get a doctors appointment with my ridiculously understaffed hospital on the Plaza in KC, with a list of symptoms that had been going on for over a month, and sitting in OTHER walk in clinics and not being seen because of no available spots for days, CARE NOW on Stateline was an absolute GODSEND. Their incredibly patient and professional staff took care of me quickly and with skill and were very kind. After initially calling the front desk, I was directed to easily check in on their website and once they were able to see me after an impressively short wait, the nurse and nurse practitioner quickly figured out what was making me so sick for so long and after an afternoon of rest and meds they prescribed, I feel so much better already!!! I definitely recommend this location! I’m one satisfied patient.

The service I received was professional and thoughtful. There were only two points of annoyance - 1. Having to fill out more paperwork onsite even though I had completed everything online to eliminate that step; 2. The length of time between the intake staff seeing me and the nurse/doctor on duty. Yet, I don't think it was worth taking off a star.

The people there are wonderful! From the receptionist to the professional staff, everyone is warm and friendly as well as great care givers. I hope I don't need to but I will definitely go there in the future for urgent care.

When I walked into the building, I was greeted my two lovely ladies. I am not sure of their names but they were well informed on the questions I had and very informative in general. I appreciate their help, and will gladly be coming back for more help in the future.

Let me start by saying I came in here on a Saturday morning, what an inconvenient time for anyone to get sick, right? My fiancé told me to do an online check in where I completed all paperwork, information including insurance/ID photos upload, and how long it would take me to get there. I get a text I’m ready to be seen and I head that way. The very first thing I immediately noticed was the incredible customer service from the ladies at the front desk, mind you it was a Saturday and their professionalism was top tier. Their nurse was so patient, friendly and attentive to the information i gave her! The doctor was in and out but very respectful and nice. From the check in to the time I left I’ve NEVER had a better care experience. A great team they have here.
