I had an excellent experience at Tivol this past weekend. I went in specifically to find some new David Yurman pieces. Christopher Ray was so helpful and patient with me as I tried on a few different pieces before finally deciding on my favorites. The items I didn’t buy that day, he put on a wishlist for me for easier purchasing in the future. Extra bonus points to Christopher for helping my boyfriend surprise me with the structured cable necklace I had my eye on… I’m still not sure how they pulled that off! I am a Tivol customer for life now and look forward to working with Christopher again in the future!

My fiancé and I went into TIVOL to explore wedding bands. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Christopher and Percy. The two of them made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We were greeted and offered water, coffee or champagne! They are so knowledge about the wedding bands and answered all questions we had in an easy to understand way. They cleaned my engagement ring that I hadn't gotten there and it came out looking so sparkly! After purchasing our wedding bands we explored the watches. My husband and I have been working with Kathryn since we got engaged nine years ago. I've been shopping at Tivol for almost 20 years. The group at the Plaza store is amazing! Stopped in with my husband today and received the same warm welcome as always. They really do treat you like family! There's no difference between a shopping day and a just looking day... there's never pressure. The group is just friendly and helpful. Engagement ring was worn at bottom and needed repair, while there Gloria offered to have my eternity wedding band cleaned and polished as well and then noticed a loose/chipped diamond, so that was repaired/replaced and we were so glad it was noticed before it got worse or lost. Excellent repair work, the set looked like new and I appreciate the attention to detail and the professional assistance we received. Rings were ready when promised and look perfect.

My husband and I bought his wedding band at Tivol and had an exceptional experience, all thanks to Dominic. From the very first time we stepped into the store, he was incredibly personable and friendly with out ever putting pressure on us to make a decision or make a purchase. As a surprise, I wanted to have something engraved on my husbands band. He proposed to me by creating a film of my grandmother telling the story of how she met my grandfather and shared stories of their life together. I wanted to honor his grandparents in a similar way, and had the idea of putting a quote his grandfather had said in a video when asked what the secret to a happy marriage is, with which he ended it with, "...and love, regardless." When I returned to Tivol to talk with Dominic about what I was wanting done, he took a genuine interest in the story behind the engraving & was very attentive with my requests. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I just want to share what a joy it is to work with Kathryn once again! We have bought numerous things with her help over the years and she always goes out of her way to make you feel as though you are her only customer. She greets you as a friend when you walk into the store-always smiling and chatting with me about my kids and our shared loved of our dogs. :) When my daughter was having a hard time deciding if her engagement and wedding band fit just right, Kathryn happily resized her rings a couple times without seeming the least bit put out. One of the most special things she did though was when I came in and told her my siblings and I had recently sold our childhood home, which we had inherited from our parents. I took some of the money from the sale and wanted to buy something tangible with it as a remembrance. She helped me pick out a beautiful bracelet and then had the wonderful idea to engrave the address of my childhood home on the backside of it. Every time I put the bracelet on, I look at that and smile and think of my parents. I'm so grateful for her suggestion, it was perfect! They also repaired a very special ring for me, that I shipped back to them from Vegas, with the highest service I have ever received and the best quality and craftsmanship I could have asked for. Recently moved to KC and heard of TIVOL through coworkers and decided to check them out to get myself a nice watch. I was immediately greeted by Percy who was literally amazing. She helped me find the exact watch I was looking for. Percy was so knowledgeable-answered all my questions/concerns. She was patient and accommodating and I never felt like a bother. It was so nice to have someone actually listen to exactly what I was looking for and not just trying to sell me something.
