    We went here to look for wedding bands to go with my engagement ring. When we walked in a gentleman came over to greet us and ask what we were looking for. That’s when it went downhill. He looked at my ring and said “ok you like oval diamonds.” I said “these are round” He then proceeded to try and show us solitaire engagement rings. I said “these are not wedding bands, I already have that I am looking for a band to go with it”. “Oh ok” He said. He seems very lost. He said “he came from the Independence location.” I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He then took us to another case. When I asked to look at one, he showed me a different one. He didn’t take it off the holder for me to try on. He didn’t tell me anything about the ring. He asked his manager what she thought would look nice with it. She was sitting at a desk behind the counter wearing jeans and a casual shirt. She looked at my ring and said we have a diamond show coming up in April. And that was that!! They didn’t try to show us options nor did they really want to sell us anything. I have several pieces of jewelry from Kay over the years. We will not be back and we decided to go with the jeweler across the street because they were very helpful.

    The ladies were very helpful and polite. I sent an item to be repaired and it was easy to get sent off. They called to let me know it was ready.

    The ladies at this location are extremely nice & helpful. They listened to what I was looking for & found it! Didnt try to make me spend more than my budget allows. Very happy

    Samantha helped me upgrade my ring and found the best value solitaire ring for me in our budget. Angela and Marrisa answered my call and helped my got the difference back for Mother’s Day deal. They are all super nice and friendly . Manager is also always there to help team solve problems ( but I didn’t see her name ) Thanks again.

    As is the case with most Kay stores, this store is very neat and clean inside. My (now) fiancé were at this store back in May 2015, shopping for wedding rings. The manager personally helped us. She was very patient and answered any question we could think of, and she took her time to make sure we understood what we were looking at. We bought a set of rings on the spot, and they were back from being sized very quickly. When I wanted to surprise my lady with a change to her engagement ring, the manager was, again, very helpful in getting the ring modified and she helped me keep it a surprise up until the proposal. I've been back several times since then and I get the same excellent service, whether from the manager of any one of the employees .

    Love Kay's jewellers the people are super nice and always there to help me for my needs. I even lost my ankle bracelet there in the store and they were nice enough to find it and called me about it and gave it back to me.thank you so much for returning it to me it was special to me, it was my first gift from my husband for my birthday feeling blessed. 0; ) God Bless

    The sales lady that I worked with was very helpful and seemed to genuinely care about everything I was trying to do. The manager of this location however, what a joke! She did not care at all or try and help with the problems that were going on with my purchase. Drive a little further and find a manager that is worth your time. This one was definitely not it…

    Well first of all they lied when i purchased my jewlery. Then tried not to give me my discount. I go to return my item and was cursed out by the slow girl behind the counter

    Lazy and incompetent. The people here cannot even do a simple task such as take the battery out of a watch. Go local, don’t waste your time on chains like this who don’t hire actual jewelers.

    Went in to have my rings checked and serviced. Nick was amazing. I was shown what was needed and most of all I felt like family. I drove 36 minutes from Fort Leavenworth and it was worth the piece of mind.

    Jessica has made me a customer for life. She communicated with me for weeks every step of the process, to help me replicate a special ring for my wife, she made it special. Jessica cares about the customer and she went above and beyond. The ring buying experience was amazing because of her. Please go to kay and at least talk to Jessica, shes the only person I will buy from moving forward.     Pretty useless store. Diamond was loose in Wife's ring....couldn't do anything at this location. Couldn't even send it out and have it sent back to our local location.

    We had an amazing experience at Kay! My boyfriend and I went in a few weeks ago looking for a necklace for me for an anniversary present. We were kindly greeted by the store manager, Leslie, and she was quick to help us with anything and everything. She showed us necklaces that were within our modest budget, and never tried to show us something we couldn’t afford. She helped me try on necklaces and showed me necklaces that she thought I would like that I hadn’t even thought of before. We had her full attention the whole time we were in there and never seemed bothered by us asking questions, or me asking to try on another necklace. We found the perfect necklace with Leslie's help, and I couldn’t be happier! We will definitely be back in soon!

    Wonderful. The associate was friendly and helped me with getting my ring fixed. Also found a beautiful ring. I wasn't planning on buying one but it was just the gemstones l love!
