Tony & his wife are very caring and do awesome work. They have awesome jewelry. They are knowledgeable and have very fair prices. I absolutely love my engagement ring my fiance got for me. I've been going to them for over 20yrs! They're the only jewelry store I trust.

After purchasing an engagement ring, I returned to the store to buy wedding bands. When I picked up the ring it was not put together the way we had discussed and in fact looked unbalanced and all around wrong. When approached about the issues Tony argued with me about the way the ring had been put together and stated there was no other way to do it. I ended up taking my ring to another jeweler and without saying anything to them they pointed out all the issues I had with the ring. I paid a fee to have the other jeweler take the ring apart and put it back together correctly. I was really disappointed Tony didn’t want to fix my ring and that he couldn’t see the error he had made putting it together.

Wonderful little family-owned shop, Tony and Diane were a dream to work with! I had tried several shops that tried to "rob" me for pieces where Tony saw the value in them and met me at a very reasonable price. I confidently say I will be doing business with them again.

This is a hidden gem in the Northland. The only place I take my jewelry for repairs and ring resizing. Great service and reasonable prices.

Came in to get an estimate on resizing a ring... the lady behind the counter seemed rather annoyed I was even there, I also asked if I could get my ring finger sized (as that seemed important for the ring resizing) and she said they only do that for customers...I said I was trying to be a customer and then she brought me a ring sizer dropped it on the counter and said I could do it myself but their sizing is different? Just rude for no reason.

I'm starting this off great even though my ring is not finished. So kind, knowledgeable, talked me OUT of extras I thought I needed.. My partner needed to know his ring size and they refused to size him. Terrible service. Calling them "fine jewelry" is a stretch. More of a pawn shop. Overpriced common crystals and costume jewelry.

Tony and his wife have turned me into a dedicated customer. I never had a jewelry store that I would be willing to repeatedly patronize, but this is the one! My kids, as they've grown up and gone there with me have also become their dedicated customers. Tony and his wife know who we are, and are just the best. We've bought jewelry and used them for repairs. I've had semi-precious stones replaced on two pieces, one sterling and the other just a piece of vintage costume jewelry, but they treated them both like 14k gold. The stones they replaced look like they're part of the original piece. My kids bought my last two Mother's Day gifts here and were treated very well on their own, even at their young age. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

Great local business! They fixed my Grandmothers wedding ring so she could wear it to my Grandfather’s funeral. Very kind couple! They do great work and don’t rush. We let them update our wedding rings after the great experience we had.
