Dr Lyle took wonderful care of our cat during an emergency at remarkably competitive costs. He saved her life and they were all so kind to us. We’re changing vets to him for all our critters from now on

Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Dr. John was fantastic with our 2 dogs. We've been looking for a good forever vet and we found it. Called a couple weeks ago before we became customers when our puppy got ahold of some chewing gum and they were so helpful. Gave advice over the phone and we ended up not having to come in based on the recommendations they gave us on how to treat her at home. Super happy!

The doctor is the best animal doctor I’ve ever met in my 40+ years but their front staff needs a swift kick in the tuckas. Their website and answering machine/service could be improved, and it could be because short staffed but it’s incredibly frustrating not to mention the wait. every time I go in there’s at least 3 people sitting at the front doing nothing but looking at their phones or chatting about their children. That’s great and all but if you have someone on the phone for 20 minutes waiting, and they can drive to your office before you get back on the line to help them, something is terribly terribly wrong.

After receiving a misdiagnosis from Pet Resource Center I took my cat Nugget in for a second opinion and it was a difference of day and night from when I dropped her off in the morning to when I picked her up. She had a respiratory infection NOT a tooth problem and it was quickly addressed and she was given the proper medication. I will recommend this place to anyone I know with pets themselves. I cannot thank you guys enough. Dr. Lyle is a life savor.

We had a bad experience with a dog attacking our three dogs. We went to doctor Lyle for a follow up visit after having taken them to the ER vet. I am astounded by how he sewed our dog to herself as if she were cloth. We also love Allison the Vet tech. We are grateful for advice, patience, kindness and attention to detail of the entire staff. We have been clients for years.

Dr. Lyle is the best veterinarian hands down! He went above and beyond to take care of my dog (even facetiming me late one night because my dog was in pain after a surgery). I couldn't have asked for a better vet. The rest of the staff is just as great.

My daughter and I have several animals there and we’ll never go anywhere else , they were so passionate and understanding with us when we lost our Hybrid to cancer. Dr. Lyle is wonderful at explaining everything so you understand what is happening with your pet. He is also one of the few vets that offer an after-hour line to speak directly to him. Hands down the best in the city.

Explain what happened so that you feel that you can tell patients that something as simple as a rabies shot must be scheduled months out. When you call to get a appointment you are put on hold and never answered.Over the years I have spent quite a bit of money at Crest and I feel that the " customer " is owed a explanation. I believe you are bound by a medical code of ethics. You're practice is a disappointment.

My dog, Mena, recently had ACL surgery here. She is a handful but they managed her wonderfully and she's doing amazing. I am a handful as well, and they managed ALL my calls, questions, and concerns with patience, information, and grace. This place came highly recommended and now I know why. We have another dog that had ACL surgery elsewhere.. wish it had been here... I am extremely grateful to Dr. Lyle and his staff for taking good care of my baby and having to deal with me.

I certainly recommend this place. The staff was very welcoming and professional when we arrived. My poor cat had a bacterial infection and needed to be fixed as part of the treatment. The treatment was done quickly and professionally and for much less than we were quoted elsewhere. I suspect this is because the building is older, and perhaps paid off. At any rate, I highly recommend this veterinarian and the staff at this place. Everyone was very professional but caring.

Crest Animal Hospital - where to start on my review here? I'll spare the waterworks here but Dr. Lyle and his start are amazing. They saved my poor pup's life when my now-former vet basically told me "good luck" after we discovered what was ultimately severe tumor growths, effectively taking over one of his kidneys. I can not say enough about how much I appreciate the love, patience, and dedication paid to my buddy in the scariest hours of his life. The subsequent care, follow-ups, support and just wonderful nature of the entire staff after my event has me sold. They now see all of my animals and I couldn't be happier. furthermore, I TRUST them with my loved ones after I've been disappointed so many other times by others in the past. Crest Animal Hospital is the ONLY place I think of for my pets or would recommend for others'. Thank you. Dr. Lyle and everyone there!

Terrific vet clinic. The staff is extremely helpful and caring. Dr Lyle cares for your pets as if they're his own. He has a terrific personality and treats his clients as friends. Highly recommend

Took my little kitty in for her yearly vaccinations and to get her nails clipped. They were very fast, very helpful and offered a fair price. Can't ask for more.

Dr. Lyle and the techs/other staff all have so much care and compassion for animals! I’ve brought my dog, Jellybean here several times for various things and always had a great experience! Not to mention very reasonable cost as well.

Best experience ever! My lab is a 2yr old 85lb bundle of doggy nerves especially during nail trims. Dr. Lyle and his staff were super kind and understanding. He left with a wagging tail and trimmed nails!

Dr Lyle has so much compassion and it's great to know there are options for our pets that don't break the bank! I feel like my Moe is truly cared about.

I went in fearful, due to having a prior experience with another vet putting my dog under anesthesia and having a seizure just minutes after receiving her. Mr. John Lyle DVM did an amazing job my dog had no seizure and in three days after getting my dog spayed she was back to her go lucky self. Definitely will be going back to him for any needs for my dog.
