    I received delivery and was in a rush and signed the merchant receipt yesterday. I look at my bank account today and noticed I was charged more than what I was told yesterday. I called Pizza Hut customer service, they tell me I gave a $5 tip. I immediately became upset. The delivery driver added a $5 tip on the merchant receipt without my authorization! I will never order from this location again. You need to hire respectable honest people and not crooks!

    Normally I prefer Pizza hut out of any other leading brands great flavors and the best of it's stuff crust, but I keep having issues on delivery orders seem like they can't double check before they leave the door. The delivery guy didn't even do the safety covid-19 procedure to show us the pizza if it's right he just got the money and left with haste. We ordered over $60+ of food FYI. We called the store over 10 times and with no exaggerations and they seem to hang up on us as well and we ended up calling corporate and just know we paid for delivery and we tip the guy. Both pizza came wrong with ingredients that we didn't even ordered as shown the pictures below. When we called corporate a lady answered named Regina who is a supervisor said she didn't work at this location where we ordered the food from and she said that there wasn't any cheese crust and that they give us less than 30 percent approximately of the money and wasting our gas to go to the place, she seem like she didn't want to deal with us and basically forget about us. We ended up taking the pizzas to the store to, cause we wanted to eat already and enjoy our family company, under covid-19 regulations, the manager ended giving us the right pizza right when we entered the store like if he knew already And ended up lecturing the delivery driver and that doesn't stop there, the pizza was cold and dry and seems like they only put a teaspoon of tomatoe sauce in the pizza. Overall a really bad experience on my favorite pizza brand.

    Horrendous service very long and misquoted delivery times food is always cold and occasionally burnt. Today was the worst quoted 30 min delivery it took over an hour pizza finally arrived cold and this is what it looked like

    This place has its problems. Like making good pizza in a reasonable amount of time. However I will say that the people who work here have always been nice and the pizza though always late is always fresh. Though sometimes it's ok to slow down and make sure the pizza arrives not messed up.....

    This is the second time I've had a bad experience with my order. Usually it's been good but lately they can't seem to get it right. I think it's time to cut Pizza Hut loose and move on to somewhere else.

    I ordered did via the pizza hut app and I recurve a text that they were going to have door dash deliver it. I was 5 blocks away and they said it was delivered. It was not! So I called to complain and ask for a refund and the shop employee for very rude with me then hung up on me refusing the refund. I had to spend 45 minutes and go through corporate to file a complaint for a refund and still never saw my dinner that night.

    Should have known better to have them deliver a pizza to me. It has been 2hrs and I still have no pizza! Was told by driver the 1st time he was here he would be right back cause they gave him the wrong order. Hour and ten minutes later pizza is here and cold!

    All three pizza were made sloppy, and they did not cut the pizza correctly, 1 pizza did not seem done. Also customer service was not good get off your cell phone having conversation and recognize you have customers waiting

    The food is always fresh and satisfying for sure but yesterday one Of my pizzas were smashed and so were the wings the delivery woman was rude and when she called she stated that she don’t come in apartment complexes. I never really requested her to come in. She then complained about me paying in all one dollar bills. I didn’t want my change but she didn’t even have the courtesy to ask. My thing is she needs be matter customer service for sure every other driver that has come has been so nice and courteous and went above and beyond she was rude. If there was a disabled person who were confined to their apartment I wonder how that would’ve played out. She definitely didn’t deserve or get a tip.

    Food is good but the I ordered a chicken Buffalo pizza and got no Buffalo sauce on the pizza. And the dough could be coooked more it was very flimsy. But all in all decent pizza

    The kids that work at that location do NOT know how to do their job. Your pizza will either be given away and or your pizza will be nasty and dry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

    Just went last night, the wait was a lil longer, but food came out good an fresh, ordered off the new $7 dollar menu, never had a problem with this one yet, or maybe im just lucky.lol

    Great job as this location has gotten better. The driver was fast and professional. The food was good except a little burnt near the crust but I don't eat that part and it could have used a little more cheese.

    I ordered delivery, paid by card and when doordash arrived they wouldn't relinquish my food they said I owed them cash. It had cleared my bank. I called Pizza Hut and they're supposed to be refunding my money. This is the second time Pizza Hut has messed me over I'm done with them.

    Ordered a pizza tonight, and not only did it take over twice as long to get delivered here, but they gave us the complete wrong pizza. We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and 2L of soda. We received a supreme pizza of some sort, and the correct 2L of soda. This could easily be fixed if someone would answer the phone or return the message I left on the answering machine...but it's been a couple of house since I left the message so I feel like we aren't getting the correct dinner tonight. We don't really like the majority of the toppings on the mistake pizza and my car broke down today which is why we ordered delivery in the first place, so this just overall sucks. I don't know what we are supposed to do since they won't answer the phone at all.

    I went to Pizza Hut on Saturday and tried to use my App but it was not working. I waited for the food and I had to pay more for my order because the App was not working. Not happy, but the service was good and the food was good. Pizza Hut, do better.
