They have good environment with WiFi net work almost everywhere when you inside

Gulu in not my usual area for most of my project work. So I was excited and anxious about my stay. After a long day in the field I had the chance to stay at this Hotel. It's look is deception. Because it does look so glamorous on the outside and yet it has grand spaoucious rooms, stable WiFi for entire 3hrs I had to attend class, firm comfortable beds with a hearty breakfast. The staff is understanding too. You see I forgot to clear my bill but was graciously contacted and I was able to clear it (electronically) without any embarrassing drama!!! Thanks Monica Amono

I have had several experiences residing in this hotel. The only challenge it faces is the noise along the road and sometimes power shortages hence they put on a generator that is noisy

Virgin world suite has neat and clean rooms. The ambience is also nice. The standard room rate is 132,00/person/night, which includes limited breakfast (Everyday different menu). Staff is also supportive and cooperative. The restaurant is there with a local food menu. But, small problems like wifi was on and off, TV had no connection. The pace is peaceful.

Great accommodation at a great price for the offering, and in comparison to other fascilities in Gulu. Luxurious and balconied rooms with spacious and clean bathrooms; great food out of the kitchen; well stocked bar; open garden...all my key attributes of a great hotel.

It's a small office in Gulu City which dose the best Engineering work. They always call it small office big work.🤣😁

Everything is well cleaned. Kindness and friendliness. The staff is very competent. One thing has disappointed me the hot water is not good to take a shower.

Nice and welcoming staff. Only one star because the water pressure was so bad we could barely shower and the mattresses are too hard it’s like sleeping on the floor. For their charges, they could also provide a better breakfast.
