Once a port store yard, this abandoned warehouse has been transformed into a business hub by the local Taiwanese apart from acting as a tourist attraction. I won't said is the best the local Kaohsiung has to offer by the concept of making used of worn-out buildings and restructuring it to offer the local community space to generate income is somewhat fascinating. The choices may be few as compared to mega shopping malls but it helps to offer locals a business opportunity and at the same time employment opportunities for the local community in a win win situation. Buy Taiwanese products without converting the currency to match the price is fairly acceptable but if you have the tendency to convert then it could favour or not in your favour depending on the exchange rate. The restructuring and the rebuilding has added a structural uniqueness making the blending a form of it's own engineering beauty. The ideal location of this Art pier manage to capture certain degree of ambiguity for tourist to enjoy and the picturesque views generates a photo stop over for tourist to enjoy the serenity it has to offer. Come give yourself a chance to savour the chance to enjoy a fusion of modern culture abroad.

It's ok. Some nice views but nothing too exciting. Let's help Taiwan Tourism by visiting here

Very attractive place to shop, to eat, or to enjoy a moment of harbor view. Several garden around this old warehouse area with tropical themed. A lot of stores inside the house available for day or evening time. Broad harbor view sitting in front of house full of seats and stairs bring you to stay for nice happy hours.

Just like copycat mall with some famous local brands of food and beverage. Fxxking hot before 4pm without any trees covered.

It’s a new opening area of the Pier-2 Art Center. There are some restaurants and souvenir shops in the warehouse, with the wonderful sea view and sunset outside. Definitely need to walk around in the evening!

The warehouses were redesigned into a leisure park where you can come for a walk, have something to eat, shop for some cute stuff in the stores, or just watch the sea and the ships. I love this park for there are some amazing restaurants and special shops which you can spend some time here. Recommend you to come. :)

Lovely little food and shopping area. My friend and I came on a weekday during the day, so the ferries outside were running. We had a nice stroll around KW2, stopping for gelato, a quick meal, and a little shopping. The building is modern with plenty of seating to relax!

We stopped by here to get on a ferry to Cijin Island. The Port is really nice! It is well decorated and organized! It is along the way of Art Street. There were several small food vendors. It is really clean! The restroom is also pretty clean. We brought drinks from two of the vendors while waiting for our ferry and it was actually really good! Highly recommend stopping by to check it out if you are walking the Art Street!

It is one of the best sight seeing place I've seen in Taiwan. I highly suggest you to come when it's late afternoon to get a great view of the sunset.

Collection of shops which sell interesting products. I think the building itself is more fascinating and you can spend some time checking out the interior. Food and products are marked up here so I suggest you should just do window shopping. The sea view is nice here though, sunset and performances make this place a perfect spot for people seeing. Get yourself a coffee and just sit to spend an hour here.
