Chaishan Zhihongchi Park

Tourist attraction City park

👍👍 Cycling along the light rail trail, I saw the mountains in front of me getting closer and closer, and I discovered such a wide flood detention park. Chaishan Mountain stands beside it. In the park, there are swallows, white wagtails, and sparrows... but they have not been taken over by starlings yet... People often mention walk,

It is a very suitable place for walking. The scenery along the way is also beautiful and there are many green plants. However, the water resources coming down from the mountain should be better reused, such as a water-friendly area, rather than a single flood detention pond. It is a pity. The mountain spring water filtered by nature is a great gift. You can also go to the trailhead of Beichai Mountain from here. There is a parking lot. It is very comfortable to walk. There are many monkeys along the way! Don't expose the food!!!

In the park, there are swallows, white wagtails, and sparrows... but they have not been taken over by starlings yet. It is a good place in the city! After exploring many times, it turns out that there is a quiet and easy way to go up the mountain. Occasionally you will encounter a group of monkeys and the air is fresh. I really like this place. I will give it another star!

The public toilets in this park are not open all day. They are currently open from 05:00-08:00 and 17:00-22:00. There are no toilets available when they are not open. It's best to deal with it at home first. If you are really in a hurry, please clarify that there are Moss, McDonald's, and Carrefour (2nd floor) on the road. The opening hours were recently changed to 06:00-21:00, which is too early and too late and there is still no toilet available.

It is still under construction and will definitely become more beautiful in the future. There are many egrets here, and the environment is very comfortable. It feels like the last piece of pure land in the city. Everyone must take good care of this land~~~

The renovation has been completed, and the original flood dredging has been done better, and the entire water system is more complete. The scenery nearby is also great, the water quality is very good, and there are relics of the former cement factory, so if you come here for a walk, you can walk to Shoushan. You can go for a walk, ride a bicycle, or watch wild birds and monkeys.

This place is very suitable for riding bicycles, and only bicycles can enter. I saw people fishing, which shows that fish can survive in the water here. There are also a group of egrets here, a group of them~ They would collectively fly out to the island next to the pool, and then fly back to the open space inside the barbed wire fence. Detention ponds are no longer scary places, they have become parks where you can walk and exercise. There are still some parts still under construction.

Going south on Gushan 2nd Road, I saw a promenade, so I went there and found Chaishan Dahongchi Park. I've been to this area many times, but this was the first time for my friend and I. A reservoir, irrigation canal, and promenade were built on the site of a cement factory built before the war. In addition, the 100-year lime kiln, cement warehouse, and red brick warehouse remained in the vicinity as they were back then. The promenade was a walking path for people living nearby.

It is hot there, and there isn't much cover to protect from the sun exposure. It is very nice at night, though.

The flood storage tank with beautiful environment is connected to Chaishan Mountain, and there are also historical sites worth visiting.
