Just landed after a red eye flight. Had an awesome 2hr yoga massage by therapist Una. My sore back and shoulders feel so relaxed now. The space is clean and new. Totally enjoyed myself.

Amazing expierience. It is not just relaxing massage, but also focusing on issues of the body. I highly recommend.

第一次體驗泰式SPA，體驗的是【蘭納草本精油SPA】，可選擇精油味道，分別是甜橙、雪松及薰衣草。皆為獨立的包廂，也可與同行友人一起體驗泰式SPA！ 一進入空間時，映入眼簾的寬敞的接待區，寬敞明亮，裝潢帶有許多泰式元素，說是網美SPA館也不為過！在課程前，芳療師會先了解目前身體狀況，並討論此次須加強的部分。課程開始時會使用選擇的精油，以嗅聞作為前導，先放鬆精神及舒緩壓力，再來才開始搭配芳療師和緩輕柔的手法按摩，來疏通全身的經絡，針對穴位按摩來加強氣血的循環及放鬆緊繃的肌肉。整體課程結束後，真的有感受到肌肉的放鬆，過程中因為太舒服而直接進入夢鄉～結束後也會貼心遞上熱茶及小點來為此行劃下完美句點。 下次有機會也要體驗【傳統泰式高床按摩】及【瑜珈按摩運動】，深層的舒展一下緊繃及疲勞的身體！

This was such a great experience! As soon as you step inside, there’s a calming vibe that really goes to show you that the relaxation starts when you walk in, not just when the service starts. Everything was excellent - they sat me down with some tea at the beginning to talk through my service and what I was looking for, and the gradual transition into the massage was wonderful! Sophie was so kind and respectful, if I wasn’t just visiting Kaohsiung I would definitely come back often!! I can’t say more good things about Tealing, if you’re on the fence definitely come here. I’m so glad I chose to come here instead of a bigger chain because I felt like I had such a personal experience and was well taken care of. 😌❤️👍

The 90 minute essential oil Thai massage was fantastic. Good technique with firm, deep, and relaxing strokes. I appreciated their efforts to speak English. You are served tea before and after the massage. This spa is very clean, modern, and professional. Highly recommended!
