My experience at 欣美牙醫診所 SINGMATE Dental Clinic was excellent! Dr. Mai was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything. The staff was friendly, professional, and had a good command of English, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Mai and this dental clinic to anyone in need of dental services. They truly exceeded my expectations!

Facility looks nice from outside and they provide clean slippers at front door. Unfortunately cleanliness/hygiene standards not up to par for dentist office. The actual reception desk is full small/loose debris and the overhead lamps used by the dentists has accumulated spittle/detritus. Dentists only speak basic English so difficult to discuss issues in detail.

Very professional clinic. The doctor and his nurse were very nice. He explained every procedure and made sure there’s as little pain involved as possible (actually I didn’t feel much). Also the price was very low given I don’t have any health insurance. Thanks for fixing my tooth!

I really liked this place and I have even recommended my friends to try them out, and so far, all of them have liked it. It is still the best clinic I have been to in Taiwan. However, after the latest orthodontic treatment, I just feel frustrated and disappointed. So I would say one needs to be vigilant. You need to make sure you and the doctor are on the same page about the intended goal, even have it in writing! I went there to align my teeth and after the consultation we decided to just fix the upper teeth (which had a badly dislodged incisor), because the lower ones were not as bad. The dentist said it will cost 50K NTD for the whole procedure, which she said will take 6 months. She also added that even if by 6 months the teeth are not fully aligned, I will not need to pay extra. However, once I finished paying for the treatment, it felt like the dentist was rushing to finish up my procedure and convincing me that the teeth are already aligned. So apparently yesterday was my last treatment and the next appointment will be to take the after pictures! I asked her what about the overbite that I still have, and to which she replied that she was only fixing the dislodged tooth and not the overbite and if I want to fully align my teeth, I would need to pay 200 K NTD more! Maybe it was an issue caused by language barrier but I hope my experience can be useful to someone and the clinic, and will help prevent such things from happening.

Was a little skeptical about the 4.9 rating (how does a dentist get a 4.9 rating??) but after visiting I completely understand that it's well deserved! I had a wisdom tooth that was starting to bit into my gums, so knew that I probably had to get it yanked out. From walking in the door to being good to leave (minus one wisdom tooth) was only 45 minutes without an appointment. One of the best clinic experiences I've had in Taiwan. Very professional service from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctor. Also very clean with modern equipment (which hasn't always been my experience in Taiwan). And to top it all off I somehow walked out of there without paying anything (besides swiping my health insurance card) which is also a first in Taiwan. Overall highly recommended!

The two stars go to the super clean environment and nice service. My husband and I came for cleaning and the dentist took 3 minutes cleaning per person. It wasn’t thorough although he was gentle and talked nicely. We came here for cleaning and need to schedule another visit elsewhere. Totally a waste of money and visit. Yep my husband paid NTD1300 for the 3 minutes service.

I've been to dentists in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, which were a great experience, but this might actually have been better. Receptionists are super friendly and speak decent English, dentist was fluent and very gentle. Routine check up and cleaning cost me 1000 NT. I feel it deserves its unusually high rating. I did arrive late because I mistakenly entered the hospital next door instead.
