    超棒的運動空間 從以前Rosa老師小工作室 跟隨到老師的新教室 疫情也不放過跟老師視訊皮拉提斯的機會 推薦不想激烈運動的朋友來玩 運動完回家很舒服也很好睡

    大年初四做公益,非常特別的團體課程體驗,沒想到同樣的動作在器械上做會有那麼大的不同~ 感謝Rossa老師舉辦那麼有意義的活動,一小時下來肌肉非常有感,May老師也非常溫柔,教學也很棒

    墊上皮拉提斯雖然是團體課程,但是小班制,老師會照顧到每個同學的動作做1對1的調整,1個小時下來全身都有訓練的尤其是核心的部分~推薦給大家~
