Really!!?? Vegetarian people , please order classic Margarita, because the other one has pineapples in it ! The pizza is just ok , the service is just ok , in fact when there are no options you will like whatever it’s available.

Very convenient stop on the way between Lusaka and the copperbelt. Service not very quick considering they cater for travelers but if you are hungry then you will just have to wait. The food is fresh and tasty. Stanbic, ABSA and FNB ATMs outside will come in handy since this place doesn’t swipe. Toilet has been bucket system for the past 5 years. TOTAL is also here to refuel your vehicle. Parking space at these premises is limited but then most people don’t stay here for more than 20 mins

The place is clean, but the rib was not soft, but yet expensive. The wash room was not clean, had water spilled on the floor.

Cecilia from Kapiri Mposhi branch stated that for the crumcrust order I made should be no. 283 or 282 on 1st May could only come with one serviette. I feel that shouldn't be the case because how do I finish a whole pizza alone, it should be shared. She had terrible service too

Got me a stale burger from the rack than somebody else had ordered. Despite refusing it, I think I ended up with three same because it was cold and gave me a stomach upset. I couldn't go back and lodge a complaint because I had driven off to Lusaka. Well, here is my chance!

Restrooms are like everything in Kapiri: broken and dirty. Otherwise an OK stopover with the only green patch of grass for kids to play on

Best spare ribs in the world so far. Cooked to perfection, though I doubt the portions are really what they say they are. Good place when driving to Lusaka, Copperbelt or northern Zambia.

The toilets are a mess. This particular outlet is popular to motorists on the Great North road. Therefore besides food,we want to relieve ourselves before continuing the journey but alas the toilets are dirty posing a health hazard and really just disturbing one's appetite.

I mean it's steers's, there burgers are ok but nothing really to write home about. I ordered a chicken burger, patty was sall but it being grilled was a nice touch and had a nice flavor to it. Service was good too. Had nice coffee as well.

The service at steers is always bad. Waiters are extremely rude. They always mess up orders. Resorted to not going there when passing through the town. Debonairs is okay though.

This is definitely a popular stop for travelers. The parking lot is always packed. There appears to be good food options and a restroom. I opted not to get food here though. The bathroom was dirty, there was no tissue and hardly any running water. It's hard to order food when you can't even get your hands clean. The dirty bathroom made me question the cleanliness of the food just a few steps away.

Stopped over for some take away lunch. Made the order had a short wait and collected our order. Got in tha car reversing out and the counter attended came running out to stop us as we had picked up the wrong qty of water bottle. In his hand was our replacement "bigger" bottles and away he went with our smaller ones. Honesty from them and appreciation from me. Site was clean efficient and over all a nice little stop.

Clean restaurant with friendly and hygenic staff. Adequate outdoor parking and clean indoor restrooms shared with petrol station. Pizza is of the Zambian style (sauce more like barbeque sauce than tomato sauce, no pepperoni or margherita options), but tasty, and portion sizes are prominently displayed at counter for easy estimation of how much you want.

The burgers were good! The chips horrible and lo and belong, I killed a big cokoroach, where I was sitting while waiting for the food. The staff at least have good customer care skills.

Letting the brand down. On at least two occasions I have been there, the staff have mixed up orders and squabbled openly in front of customers. The facility is modern and attractive, but some investment in staff training will go a long way

Lovely cosmopolitan gas station. Food is steers and debs standard.

The food is of national standards, customer care can be improved. It took more than an hour for food to be prepared and presented to the customer, not so good for a restaurant along a busy road.
