Well let's just start with when we arrived the old ac in the room barely cooled the room the first day at all we went to the office three sperate occasions. To be told by the woman in the office to stop going in and out of our room. First then she came and checked the AC she then proceeded to argue with us telling us it was cooling when we knew that we were sitting on the bed and sweating. If I pay for a place to stay I expect to be somewhat comfortable don't you? Didn't think this was an unusual request. Then on the morning of our second day here we over slept. The lady in the office bust in our room unannounced and without knocking or anything says what are y'all doing? I said what does it look like we are doing? She was very ugly to us because we over slept. There are no phones in the rooms at all we are lucky the TV even works at all . Which is an old tube TV. Then our second day we left about twelve thirty came back around seven pm still had no clean towels . She had to wash the towels at seven pm for us and the one other unlucky person staying here. The room is filthy but I am trying to get into a mobile home I purchased in another town locally so we had no where to stay but here . On the morning of the third day we paid at about nine am she told my fiance that if we hadn't paid before 11 she was not going to allow us to stay again. Why because we expected air and over slept because someone from the office could not or did not do HER job. It's her job I believe to go around and knock and say check out time . I mean this is crazy I am not sure what planet she is from but wow just wow. Now mind you we have no cable TV the remote doesn't work. The rooms are from the seventies . And they are filthy. I will post photos of what she put us in. And what she considers clean. Now the owner is an older Iranian man and the couple running the hotel with three total rooms you can rent live on the premises as well. I mean you can obviously see what is going on here . I won't sit back and be treated like we did something wrong when all we asked for was a comfortable clean cool place to stay l. It's a joke don't stay here we pay almost sixty a night to be treated like trash and look at the enclosed photos .

I looked at the room & went got my money back , I went got a clean room in another town . Trashy !

TV didn't work. Had to use a wrench to turn on bath water. Bugs

Very nice and clean. Of course, its not a Holiday Inn, but the rooms are very clean, comfortable and its quiet. The lady at the desk and the housekeeper are both great. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

The only way I would rent a motel here is if I had absolutely nowhere to go this Motel is garbage now that the old owners do not have it they have a swimming pool when the water they don't people that only don't take care of it half the AC is don't work the only thing they have is Wi-Fi which sucks city of Grapevine the rooms and nasty everything is garbage something needs to happen maybe they had a pool everything will be better who would want to rent a room for all you do is sleep on hard-ass mattresses with nasty sheets

We shot a TV Series here. It's a cool old motel. Don't change the decor just change the sheets. I'd stay here, once.

First off, the office person, Lovie, tried hard to make things right, kudos to Lovie....after that the place is a disaster..Either the owner decides to do something with the property or someone gets a D9 Cat and levels the place. It is nasty, not taken care of in any way...would I stay there again,NO

Great place to stay when you're away from home. Manager and staff are great, they help you with all questions you have, and they make your stay pleasant and gives you that great warmth. of the south that makes you want to come back.
