Since
we
were
in
the
area
we
did
the
drive
thru
because
mom
enjoyed
the
Mexican
pizza
up
until
they
discontinued
the
item.
She
watched
the
news
one
evening
and
indicated
the
Mexican
pizza
returned.
It
was
our
1st
time
at
the
Ka
Makana
Alii
location,
it
was
very
busy,
of
course
it
was
during
the
lunch
hour.
We
ordered
and
the
employee
asked
if
the
order
on
the
screen
was
correct,
we
checked
and
told
him
yes.
When
we
got
to
the
window
we
checked
our
order
and
one
item
was
missing,
we
advised
the
employee
that
we
were
missing
an
item
and
he
said
"
do
you
want
an
extra
one?
I
said
No
just
what
I
ordered
that
I
confirmed
was
on
the
screen
NOT
an
EXTRA
order,
he
proceeded
to
ask
for
the
amount
that
was
charged
for
the
item,
so
I
looked
at
the
receipt
and
they
didn't
charge
us
for
the
missing
item,
so
I
paid
and
left
that
even
my
sister
who
confirmed
the
item
on
the
screen
was
correct
that
she
was
agitated
too.
That's
why,
when
asked
if
I
can
park,
I
refuse
because
too
many
times
the
order
in
a
drive
thru
is
missing
an
item
or
wrong.
This
may
sound
petty
to
some,
but
I
don't
live
in
the
area
and
returning
would
be
inconvenient,
nothing
like
ordering
what
you
want
for
someone
else
and
it's
NOT
in
the
bag!
