An absolutely excellent experience. My wife, 2 kids 12 and 14, and I went on this tour this week and we had Elena and Jonas as our guides. They were absolutely fantastic. My wife was very nervous about rappelling and had never done it before. They were extremely calm and talked us through everything that we needed to do to rappel. We were inexperienced and they were great at explaining and giving us tips to help. They both worked together very well to make sure that we were safe and not to mention they were such nice people. The waterfalls were beautiful and so cool to be able to rappel down them. In fact the second waterfall they even let us choose a drier way down or to rappel into the waterfall which was great to have the choice. If you are brave I recommend the wetter way down but watch your steps. It’s a beautiful place to get to do this fun activity. We were lucky that it was a beautiful day as well. This was a very memorable experience and can’t wait to tell all our family about it and tell them to go!

Just two weeks ago, Maui faced a really bad wildfire. We had our booking since May with them. Most of the other bookings they had with ours got cancelled. Shauna called us and confirmed if our booking is still active. Once we expressed our interest to rappel and not cancel the existing booking, she took all the effort to get another co-worker of hers to help us do rappel as planned. Shauna and Mike were just awesome. They teach you how to rappel step by step. They took the effort to show us different plants and vegetation and answered our questions patiently. This was the 1st time for our family and it was a blast even though some of us are scared of heights. Naomi & Elena, our guides were great about explaining the details and making sure we were safe and enjoying it. Will definitely recommend. Mahalo!

The guides, Abbie and Naomi, were amazing! They make you feel so comfortable doing the uncomfortable and they’ll cheer you on the whole way. The waterfalls you rappel are beautiful and the small hike to get to/from (~5 minutes each) has gorgeous views. I even had a blast climbing through rocks/boulders between waterfalls. 20/10 would recommend :)

Took my son today and we had a blast. This is a must do in Maui and top of my list for adventure here. Naomi and Abbie were fantastic guides. I also loved the small groups. The scenery is spectacular.

The views were incredible, and there's really no way to describe how incredible it is to rappel down next to waterfalls! Our guides, Ropheka and Abbie were amazing as well - they made sure we were prepared for each leg of the journey, but made the whole experience fun at the same time! They also had great recommendations for places to eat after our tour!

It was a phenomenal experience! Our guides Naomi and Shauna were great fun while teaching and encouraging us to be adventurous! We had a fantastic group and it was fantastic to swim around in the pools at the bottom of the areas where we rappelled! Thanks again Naomi and Shauna!
