👍👍 The best place during your trip to Maui! A place that is more mysterious than beautiful. A place where you can see a rainbow at night!!! However, you must be prepared for the hassle of having to make a reservation and move early in the morning, and the summit is colder than expected, so you will hav...

👍👍 Holy cow, such a beautiful view. Very strong seas breaking onto the dried lava. Could have stayed here forever watching the sea. Be advised, the waves seem pretty intense here so don’t get too close to the water.

👍👍 This was a great area to stop for a picnic lunch and watch the waterfalls. They have a bathroom and changing facility here. Here, many people would walk up to the pond, at the base of the falls. The number of people would also walk to the top and jump the 20 Dash 25 feet in to the pond. Great spot w...

👍👍 Beyond where the road ends, your Martian-Hawaiian adventure begins. Drive all the way past the small monument detailing the French navigator and sailors who came to this bay in 1788 to find a stony parking lot where you could simply park and enjoy the views if you felt them calling to you. For those...

👍👍 Really loved this and it was an adventure to get there. I read a lot of reviews and was almost put off by the warnings about getting parking tickets, the treacherous hike in, and the nudity. Parking, park in a grassy lot the opposite side of a ball field. Or on street. Walk the rest of the way...
