Good food and service. Can get busy at times and sometimes they have been known to take 30 minutes for your meal to be delivered and that's when it's busy. The only problem is the Resturant can be a bit chilly and that makes for your food getting cold before you can enjoy it. Wish they would adjust their temperature. Update 1/30/20 love the new plant burger Beyond Burger so delicious! $12.99 New menu works. But need more help. Good food. Update 2022: Change the value menu; called all day menu. Great deals. Popular place. Food still tasty. Dennys need more help! Service is still great.

Quality was on point tonight! Vanasa was the best server I've had in a while here. She knew how to wait the entire floor & no complaints. Cooks & servers had great communication w/ customers!

We had a party of 9 that they accommodated with no problem. Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful. She tackled our group with ease. Our food came out timely and everyone was happy. I have the pumpkin spice pecan pancakes - AWESOME!! Grab them while you can!

Went on a late night dinner date. Katie was our server & she is so friendly, accommodating, and funny. Food was good as always. When we were done eating, Katie gave us our check, but didn’t make us feel rushed. She definitely made sure to tell us to take our time. Which we loved because we had a lot of catching up to do. We really enjoyed eating here before an 8am soccer game. Service was fast and friendly. One of the very few places open so early for a family who's on the go for sports travel. We were there ariund 6am. Very convenient!

I just picked up my boy from the airport from Maui, thank gawd he made it home in one piece, just horrible of what happened. Prayers for the island of Maui. I knew my boy would be hungry and Denny”s was our only option. Amazingly the food was delicious and what made it more spectacular was our server Glenda. She was the only server for her section. She was taking care over 8 tables and she provided AWESOME service. I didn’t have to ask for coffee, water, etc, etc. Glenda took the stress away of taking care of my family for our evening meal. Thank you Glenda. Hope you had a great evening. You definitely made ours great. again thank you. We will come again for sure

Expensive but I mean we are in Hawaii right? I have to say the waiter was exceptionally kind and attentive with such a kind bubbly personality. Best customer service we have received since we got to Hawaii definitely recommend this Denny’s.

Laugh all you want, but this place open 24/7 and got ono food, no joke. Not to mention only place a bruddah can get chicken fried steak on the island, but all they other stuff great too. Sometimes, your gut craves Denny's and you just gotta. Good service every time i been, too.

The food was awesome, the coffee was so good I actually had two cups! But the service is slow. Even trying to get our bill took longer than needed.

I enjoyed eating at Denny's very much. Shared Grand Slam plate with husband and it was the perfect amount of food. Service was fabulous. Server was being trained and she was great.

Denny’s Kapolei always has great service. This morning I had Lia and as always, Lia has a great attitude when serving her customers. Lia always wears a smile taking my order, bringing my order, when asking if I need refills and how’s the food. Food is good, got variety of dishes, can’t go wrong, especially for the amount of food for their prices!

AlōhA is what you get when you come here. Everyone is nice and it's a great family atmosphere and local feel. On the weekends it can be busy and one the weekdays you'll hear laughs and see smiles from the customers. The staff will make everything better. PS try a green smoothie.

This Dennys is a great example of what a diner should be! We had a fantastic mothers day brunch here and we loved it. Great taste, value and service.

Party of six for dinner. Two kids and Four adults. Server was Vanassa and another handsome gentleman (Bald guy). The only two servers at Denny's today 3/13/2022. They were very friendly, and attentive for a restaurant that was short staffed tonight. The GM just came in about 5 pm. She was very helpful and she came out to help serve the busy tables.- I love a place that works together as a Team. Especially when they are busy... Since the pandemic. I don't feel comfortable to dine in at restaurants, but Denny's in Kapolei was clean and sanitized. I even noticed that tables were still 6 feet a part. Mask 😷 still need to be worn until your meal/drink comes. We ordered and the food came out fast, hot, and fresh. We had a variety of dishes here. Some of us ate breakfast, and some of us had dinner: Salmon with Mashed potatoes and gravy with a side of broccoli. Chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs and hash browns. Omelette with toast and hash browns. Kids had their own menu: Chocolate chip pancakes 🥞 with fruit bowl. Cheeseburger with fries with chicken tenders. Our appetizer was the Strawberry Pancake Puppies. Order of 10 pcs. Denny's is still a family friendly place to come down and eat. I would recommend this Denny's in Kapolei Commons.

Got food poisoning from the cali club sandwich. The lettuce looked so sad but out of hunger, I ate it. An hour later started to feel sick. All afternoon vomit, went to ER, confirmed food poisoning. The server was nice while at restaurant and I tipped her accordingly. Probably won't go back to that location unfortunately..

Horrible semi passive rude service and food tasted like table salt only very greasy. Not only did the orders take long once getting our orders it's like we have to wait 5 to 8 minutes for condiments and they all came 5 to 8 minutes apart so our food was kinda cold. Our server gave us minimal service well barely any catering to the larger groups. In the end gives us receipt or casually just dropping it on the table while walking past. I already know kunia one is bad. guess I'm never returning to any Denny's they're all alike.

My family and I have always enjoyed eating at Denny's... Denny's has been a part of my life as a child... I'm happy that I get share with my Kid's and now my Grandkids that childhood feelings I had eating at Denny's... I'm sorry for only a few pictures... My friend and I came in on Halloween night for a bite to eat. Out server was fantastic! Atmospheric wise was a but cold but we had a lot of hot coffee ☕. The food was decent too.

Everytime I come here, the wait is super long. Waiting to be seated. Then being serviced. Then waiting a hour for food just to have have it ill prepared. Undercooked and overcooked. Watery shake. (Tasted like milk and water togethor). Pancakes tasted sour. Eggs and meat was overcooked. Granted they are most likely understaffed. But seriously come on

Service was excellent. I ordered the Tbone steak a d eggs delicious. Tender steak and full of flavor, didnt need to use a knife to cut it. Waitress was efficient and friendly.

My family and I dined-in at about 6pm on a Tuesday night. 4 adults and 2kids. There was no wait time, but I think it was because we got there at the beginning of the dinner rush. Nice greeting, Customer service was great and our food was delicious!! Hot food was hot, cold drinks were cold. We didn’t need to wait too long. Appetizers were yummy, and our dinner came at the right time. Desserts for the kids. Our server gave us lovely suggestions and we followed through with some. Although the blenders weren’t working on this night so we couldn’t have any milkshakes we were hoping for, but overall it was all good.

Enjoyed brunch with two friends. The food was quickly prepared and it was delicious! Thank you Denny's Kapolei!!

High praise for this Dennys! Our server was efficient and friendly. Food was prepared to my exact specifications. Served hot. The restaurant and restroom were very clean. When I observed the busboy he was sanitizing the tables AND their edges, also the booth seats and backs as well as chair seats and chair backs. I was very impressed with the staff and their efforts to keep us safe.
