Ordered via Uber eats and got an empty eclair, they need more quality control

2020 It has delicious food. And the bakery items are good. Updated in 2023 It’s a small area. Customer service is not good now. They have to keep the space to eat our payable food. But last week owner’s or worker’s guest they are blocking the customer’s area and talking there stuff.. ඕපදූප you need to think about customer’s satisfaction

Geez this lady at the cashier is one of the most horrible customer service personnel I've ever encountered. It's like we are asking to buy for credit. Get your servicing together you are very rude to customers.

The cashier is cancelling UberEats orders because he wants the rider near to get the order instead of the one assigned by UberEats. He cancelled my order, and I called back to inquire if it was cancelled because any of the items were not available. He told me that he cancelled the order because there were no riders nearby and he wanted me to place it again once someone comes. This makes no sense as he did not even call to inform me about this until I called them and asked. It seems to me he is friends with some local rider and is colluding with them cancelling orders so that he gets all the sales or something. Please inform the staff that they should not cancel the order unless they don't have the item, just because his favourite rider isn't nearby isn't a reason to cancel an order.

They have only sort eats and baked items.

Customer is very bad. The person who is sitting in the cashier is flirting with a customer. I was waiting for 15 minutes to take my food. White person with a mole on his nose, the person who is sitting at the cashier. He doesn’t know to speak with the customer even. Very bad experience.

Horrible service staff.. The management who reads this please make sure you assign people who are properly trained. My story in short, Me and my wife had to patiently wait around 10 mins, while the guy at the counter was arranging, cleaning and busy with other matters. I was the first there, but he delivered items for the customers who came after me.. Just because I was polite, it does not mean I didn't notice their unprofessional manners.. Thanks.. Switched to the Jaela branch and it was great :)

My go-to place when I visit Sri Lanka, almost every day. Very nice pastry shop. Although the taste and quality has not been the same as olden days, I still enjoy the pastries, Swiss rolls, chocolate cake and ice coffee. Very friendly staff and helpful.
