Bad customer service ! I gave my laptop about 12 pm. He told me to come at 3 pm he will make it and keep I went thr sharp 3 but nothing was done .. he told wait he will make it soon I was thr until 6:30 pm but they did nothing service was so bad I brought my laptop without making it ... they wasted my whole day .. very bad customer service

I purchased a Asus lap top from them about 2 years ago. They are struggling to get a battery for it for the last 4 months. Now the service is becoming slow due to import restrictions. People are very helpful and courteous.

very poor customer service ,and the price of the items they are selling is too much high. Don't go to this shop. They don't consider about customer satisfaction. Even they didn't reply for the delay of my online order .Shame on all metropolitan services. Don't get caught to this type of places.

Prices of Cannon cartridges are very expensive. We can buy a printer with the price of two cartridges

Careless people I gave my external hard drive to back up the data in the laptop .. they have formatted my external hard drive now I dont have my old back up files 😡 bad service and careless people in wattala branch

Excellent service centre. Person at repair desk is competent and helpful. I recently had a bad experience at Negombo Metropolitan service centre. ( I shared my review at Negombo MCentre google page)

I went to the M center at Wattala to purchase 2 laptops and they had an excellent service attitude from the beginning. The staff were very helpful and they had a variety of laptops and accessories which I couldn’t find at any other retailer. Should appreciate the service efforts by Kavindu, who explained the technical part of it and benefits of extended warranty. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a reliable authorized retailer in the tech field.

Metropolitan has never been a shop to provide with excellent customer service, but this was changed ever since this lad ‘Darius’ started working there. He has not only been the most supportive helpful person ive met at metropolitan wattala- but give charisma to the entire office and environment. Sometimes its not the products, its the people and thats what you go to.

Great service, I have been to many places that sells laptops and desktops. You can buy good products directly from the vendor (Acer) from here.

They respond within minutes. So you can make a call, and recieve brouchers of all products they cell via whatsapp.
