Veg biriyani is the worst. They mixed white rice with some gravy and lot of chilli powder and served it. Couldn't eat it at all feeling pukish.

Worst experience in terms of service and quality. 1.Untrained staff 2. No order management - waited for 30 mins to get our food later the guy realised they already marked order fulfilled however food was never delivered. 3. Filthy washrooms - Lack of cleanliness and maintenance. 4. Chaos - feels like you are in fish market. Everyone shouting including the waiters, manager, cashier and staff.

Too noisy and too costly, the brand has lost its service. One idli cost 50 rs. With no one to attend and serve. Pathetic atmosphere

The Vithal Kamat franchises are preferred on account of a standard that separates them from other outlets. The reasons include standard dishes and well maintained washrooms, especially availability of WCs/commodes. In recent times noticed deterioration in these areas. Our order included dahi vada and Vada, and both dishes were tasty and done well. The concern was more about the washrooms. In the gent's toilet only one urinal was functioning. A regular audit Will help ensuring adherence to the norms set by the principals.

Tried their paneer masala and plain roti .it was good. Roti was so tasty,liked it .also had dal khichadi ,it was good...but poor service.less staff. exchanged order,I ordered paneer butter masala and they served paneer masala ..but it was worth .

Service: Extremely poor service by waiters - they will not come to your table, nor will they take your order once you get their attention. Toilets: 3 out of 5 urinals do not work. All the toilets do not work. Not hygienic. Food: They somehow managed to burn the tea. I didn't even know that was possible. 1 star 🌟

There were about 20 tables, 5 were occupied. Out of remaining 15, 10 tables were not cleaned, and gave unhygienic feeling. Lot of flies kept the atmosphere lively. Spacious but lot to be done on cleanliness and service.

@kamats : Why don't you see the low reviews and improve the quality and service?? The entire experience is worsening as years pass by. it's not the first or second time. It's been like that consistently. I wouldn't recommend your place to anyone. We just *HAD* to visit this one due to lack of availability of veg restaurants.
