I
recently
visited
your
bakery
at
the
edge
of
Waters
Edge
and
wanted
to
share
my
experience.
The
majority
of
your
staff
was
incredibly
friendly,
professional,
and
humble,
which
created
a
welcoming
atmosphere.
However,
I
observed
some
concerning
aspects
that
could
be
improved
upon.
Firstly,
the
manager,
who
I
believe
is
a
lady
with
a
black
coat,
appeared
to
show
favoritism
to
specific
clients.
This
behavior
was
quite
noticeable
and
left
a
negative
impression.
Additionally,
her
frequent
presence
inside
the
restaurant,
seemingly
indulging
in
food,
was
unprofessional
and
raised
questions
about
her
commitment
to
managing
the
establishment
effectively.
Moreover,
I
noticed
a
distinct
VIP
service
being
offered
to
particular
customers.
It
was
apparent
that
this
preferential
treatment
was
not
solely
based
on
their
spending
but
rather
their
position
within
the
bakery
or
their
connection
to
the
management.
This
practice
was
unfair
and
left
other
customers
feeling
undervalued.
While
the
selection
of
savory
options
was
acceptable,
I
found
the
variety
of
cake
options
to
be
lacking.
It
would
be
great
to
see
an
expanded
range
of
cake
choices
to
cater
to
different
preferences.
In
conclusion,
I
hope
you
can
address
these
concerns
to
provide
a
more
equitable
and
customer-centric
experience
at
your
bakery.
It's
important
that
all
customers
are
treated
with
fairness
and
respect.
