I
recently
went
on
a
day
out
with
a
group
of
20
adults,
and
unfortunately,
our
experience
was
quite
disappointing.
We
were
only
provided
with
one
changing
room,
which
was
in
extremely
poor
condition.
The
room
had
a
foul
smell,
and
the
only
source
of
ventilation
was
a
ceiling
fan.
To
make
matters
worse,
the
fan
controller
had
been
removed,
so
we
couldn't
adjust
the
speed,
which
was
stuck
at
level
2.
The
bathroom
attached
to
the
changing
room
was
also
in
a
disgusting
state.
When
we
asked
if
we
could
pay
extra
to
get
another
room,
we
were
informed
that
even
if
we
opted
for
an
additional
room,
only
a
maximum
of
three
people
would
be
allowed
to
access
it.
This
restriction
left
us
with
no
viable
solution.
The
lifeguard
present
during
our
visit
was
not
attentive
to
their
duties.
They
spent
the
entire
time
engrossed
in
a
phone
call
and
even
yelled
at
us
unnecessarily
for
minor
incidents,
such
as
spilling
water
on
the
swimming
pool
deck.
Although
the
food
provided
was
passable,
some
members
of
our
group
discovered
hair
strands
in
their
meals.
Additionally,
when
we
requested
refills
for
certain
dishes,
it
took
the
staff
almost
30
minutes
to
fulfill
our
request,
despite
assuring
us
that
it
would
be
done
within
5
minutes.
Overall,
the
customer
service
we
encountered
was
extremely
poor
and
unhelpful.
Based
on
our
experience,
I
cannot
recommend
this
place
to
anyone.
