I bought a Proform Trademill on 19.12.2015. Poor customer relation skills and poor after sales service. Dont rely "free" (as they say) sevice during 1st year.

Do not buy anything from this company. They do not honor the life time warranty given to me. They will steal your money by giving some crappy promises. Its a daylight robbery. Time for class action lawsuit.

Calling to inform them and later reminding them becomes a routine, and only after persistent efforts, they might decide to hand it over to the courier service. My specific orders, #33850 and #34219, became a part of this ordeal. Weeks passed before I finally received the products, making the entire process an exercise in patience. If you value your time and peace of mind, I'd strongly advise against dealing with this online store.

There's a decent variety of fitness equipment including treadmills, ellipitcals, weights etc. Staff are helpful. Better to browse the desired products on their website and go to the store to test out and see the desired product in person.

You can find quality equipment here, the brand "Marcy" has a very good workmanship though it is made in China. The guys at the outlet helped me to get my purchase cleared from their wearhouse within an hour.

We purchased a treadmill sometime back and unfortunately it was faulty, Mr. Rajitha Jayadeva, from the Bambalapitiya branch helped us to get a slightly advance treadmill for a relatively reasonable price (during this price hike). While we are exceptionally impressed and appreciate Mr. Jayadeva for the time and effort he took to help us, we also would like to thank the management of Drtv Products (Pvt) Ltd for their kind gesture during this time.

The sales staff was really helpful

Very helpful staff with knowledge in their field. I actually mistakenly ordered online olympic weight plates with a normal barbell. (Which doesn't fit together) They were professional enough to call and let me know and they have included the matching olympic style barbell without an additional charge. Highly recommend for quality fitness gear in colombo.
