Dominos has the worst online food delivery service ever. I placed an order via Dominos app for the sake of offers because of their mammoth prices still we'd the money to pay for them. After minutes of time they called me informing 1 of the items cannot be delivered due to out stock (Sausage like meat) asking me to replace the order, yet I asked them whether they'll deliver the new order on time to which they promised me that they'll order on time. Believing their claim I cancelled the previous order & made a new order, I even received the automated message from the restaurant confirming my order, waiting for them for more than 1 hour still my order hasn't been delivered yet leaving me & my cousins to starve. I kept calling their number, they didn't answer my call. The joke is that still the order status is showing as being baked. Great embarrassment in front of my parents & aunt because of Dominos disorganized & incompetent service. Dominos doesn't even deserve a single star for their horrible & terrible service, still I am giving 1 star for the sake of posting my worst experience. You guys don't even deserve 0, -5 would be perfect.

Placed a takeaway order online and visited the branch in 15-20mins to pickup. Even though the app said 'Order is ready' it was not.and I was asked to wait around 5mins. While I was waiting they asked me to do the payment and updated the order tracking as 'Order picked up' which was a few minutes before the actual pickup.

I ordered a pizza and it took over an hour and 30 minutes for it to be delivered. I live 4 minutes away in Rathmalana. When I tried to contact the branch and check on the delivery, they hung up on me multiple times and failed to properly communicate about the delivery. Ordering from here is a waste of time and money, just order from pizza hut instead where they'll actually get you a pizza in a decent time and be respectful with customer service.

I don't recommend to go there for dining. Dosai shop gives a better service than Dominos. They should learn from Pizza Hut. If anyone from Dominos check this, please tell your management to visit Pizza Hut and learn from them.

Great customer service and Pizza quality had improved alot than previous.. Enjoyed the Hotwave pizza.. 😍 Only negative is that the place is bit small also only few parking slots are available..

Tasted fine but quantity is horrible , not worth it at all, large is similar to a medium. Even though the pizza tasted good the topping was not at all enough. The roasties specifically the chicken kalupol was the worst out of the lot didn’t know what they wanted us to taste in it.

Worst outlet ever! They force us to buy a promotional pizza pack with snacks just for 1999/- then we decided to choose another option. After that, the cashier said we couldn’t get two separate small pizzas, and it would add 99/- taxes. We don’t care about taxes and are okay with that. The bill is below 99/- and we realize he is telling lies about the prices. They try to cheating the customers.

I agree when I ordered same pizza earlier they brought good pizza but last order was very horrible taste

A very small place, where everything is crammed together. Expect long delays during peak times. Never get your pizza within 10 min(dine in). In my case I ordered via their web, never got my pizza delivered. After 1 hour delay and frequent calling had to visit the outlet to get the pizza. Avoid this place.

I am awaiting more than 20 mins for my order. your SLA says its free if they take more than 10 mins for an order. Actually I don’t care about that as a person with common sense i can understand that time is depending on the Queue. My concern is not on this. For two medium pizzas they offered only a single packet of ketchup. When I request they provided me another one, since my family members are bit addicted to ketchup I requested another two ketchup packets. Suddenly one of the crew member said that i need to pay for that. I have bought pizza from pizzahut etc but they haven’t requested me like that. Btw are you sure that only one ketchup is sufficient for medium size pizza? I am very frustrated on this. Is this how you treat your customers?

Taste is average. Service is too good. Dining area is small. Parking is available but in one time only two vehicles can park.

We usually order online..and pizza is basic. Randomly visited the outlet and was very disappointed. Entire pizza is made by hand without gloves, chicken and cheese crumbled and put on pizza by hand. The staff dont wear masks or caps or gloves!!! The staff making the pizza is the same person preparing the bill !

Worst Pizza Outlet ever!! The manager of this outlet is very arrogant and pass the blame on his under staff when we complain about their service. Delivery staff marks that the order was delivered even before 30 minutes but takes nearly half and hour to actually deliver the order. No condiments, tissues or ketchup. if your can't provide a good service then just shut down your little shack. Worst customer service ever. Not recommended to anyone even to an enemy!

Recently I placed an order via online and due to system issue it didn’t process. System issues can happen totally understandable and I called the hotline and on that day agent told me that within 2 working days my refund will be arranged. So I waited and again called them after 2 working days then again they collected all my details and lodged another complaint. Now almost more than 20 days and I didn’t receive any call back and every time I call them They are passing call to manager and he didn’t know how to call customers. Worst customer experience I ever had. Very disappointed.

Keep at least 2 hours if you want to order from here. When I called them one hour after ordering they said it’s already dispatched and will get it in 15 minutes. Took them almost an hour to deliver. Worst delivery experience ever. Extremely dissatisfied.

Waiting for the pizza for over 2 hours. First they said the promotional offer toppings were not available. When i requested to cancel they insisted that as i paid by card it will not be refunded. Then I ordered alternative toppings. After almost 1 1/2 hours of waiting and order not updated in tracking when i called to ask they said that the system was down but the order was on its way. Half hour after that the delivery rider called and said his bike had a flat and the order will be sent with an alternative rider. After another half hour of waiting when I called the outlet instead of offering a plausible reason the "supposed" manager was very defensive and making excuses and not able to inform when it would be delivered. When I requested a refund i was told i have to wait 5 days. Horrible service. Mount Lavinia Branch

Did not have the pepperoni and the filing did not impress. Overall standards have dropped.

Worst customer service. The person in charge for billing is not providing enough information about the menu, orders or anything. They don't provide sauce packets or serviette papers. Pizza is so not good in quality. We can see the girl who is making Hand tossed dough doesn't wear any gloves. More than anything this outlet is not customer friendly at all .

The worst and untidy outlet ever visited ! Went for dinner today 18.11.2021 after the fun factory session with kids, it was a total disappointment. The outlet was not at all cleaned and the counter staff was very unprofessional. The outlet manager is just like a puppet and have no control over anything I guess.. Food was kind of ok nothing to complain though it was not like dehiwala branch. Would not visit or recommend this outlet ever !

Really they do more than we pay..... Both delivering and dining are available... That's super nice place and we order from there atleast once in a two weeks... And we go there for our celebrations too.

Small outlet with parking for only one car. They didnt have much of the menu available at the time of visit. Dine-in facilities are not satisfactory.
