If you go here without knowing Sinhala, you have to face more difficulties and there are no proper instructions 👎

Hospital is very clean. That is the only positive thing i have to say. There are no any clear instructions. All the peoples who come to treatment, they don't know what need to do. For the clinic they are only giving date. Patient need to wailing more than 4 - 5 hours. When we ask same question from different teams working in there, all answers are different. We cant get proper information. All the peoples who are come here to take medical treatment. Why they can do this as a proper way. Really disappointed...

OPD Doctor Dissanayaka is a one of the worst person. Not respecting to the patient. I has a big story to tell what was happen to my wife. This kind of doctor should get discipline training courses. I don't recommend him to anyone.😡😡😡🤮🤮🤮

Nothing to worry about. Went to the second floor and got a number. Speaking in numerical order. The queue will go quickly.. Try taking old mothers in the elevator. On the same day I went, two people had accidents because the automatic stairs went down. Very clean place..

Busy with countryfalk with illnesses. Queue arrangement to be improved. Clean and tidy place.

Dropping off patients with disability to move using a 4-wheeled vehicle at the main drop-off entrance is impossible. This is due to, the management decision taken to protect floor tiles despite the condition of the patient. "Tile is more valuable than the patient" - Sick Mindset 😥 cars or any 4-wheeled vehicles are not allowed in new building general drop off entrance in-order to protect the floor tiles. 😂 Useless architectural design for vehicle drop off entrance with impractical curves resulting an easy damage of curbs. What's the purpose of a new building when you can't build it right? Patient drop off is a key factor of a hospital (Ease of Access)
