No new orders are being taken for customized jewelry during lockdown. All jewelry must be purchased from available products as the crafters are not working during lockdowns. New orders for custom made jewels are taken only when travel restrictions are lifted.

26 November 2020 around 10am. Me and my friend went to enquire about wedding bands for his wedding. Already got the required details and the confirmed from Arthurs Jewellers next door. We wanted to check bank 50 percent discount. She was poor in customer service and explaining skills.We both rreported this to the supervisor. She need a lot of training and teach better customer etiquette. Further your gold rate is considerably high. Same design was about 15 percent high. Both our first impression was really bad.
