The prices are incredible! You might have to search a bit for the right piece .. But if you are patient you could hit a great deal. They have wide range of products from Noritake and the local version - both China ware and porcelain.. apart from the discounted products they also have some very good handpainted porcelain. The staff is good.. very helpful and patient.. They do a great packing and it’s flight proof.. As long as you get it marked fragile.

Put the prices of the items so we do not have to ask your clueless sales staff . Tea set would cost SLRs 15 000 to SL Rs 55 000 depending on the design. Maybe they charge higher prices for foreignors . That is the normal business procedure in SL . Mostly white cups and plates with small colorful designs, so if you need full of color with out any white color then the selection is very limited. They should consider designs that do not have any white, black or red but full of other colors. As many Sri Lankans do not know red and black color combination brings bad luck.

Extremely poor customer service. I was standing around waiting for someone to assist with a purchase but they kept speaking to other customers and ignoring me. I was there to make a quick purchase for a wedding gift. They kept serving customers who were asking after prices, ignoring customers who wanted to make an actual purchase. Disappointing.
