After buying a vaccum cleaner home recieved a call saying they have sold a rejected item. Had to make so many calls to get a replacement. Shop assistants lazily lying around watching tv while the elder guy (don't know what his job title is,probably the handy man)does everything from technical support to carrying heavy equipment. Store manager is also a funny character. Not much bothered about customers. Unavailable most of the time/MIA. Purchased goods for a big sum and received horrible customer care regardless. Practicall we had to beg them to deliver items. Having made some purchases pre iously with same experience should have known better. Avoid at all costs. Go to maharagama branch.Better service.

Genuine LG products with warranty and great promotions with credit card promotions

Homagama is the most unfriendly staff I have ever seen in any shop in Sri Lanka. Once I went to this place to buy an unlocked dongle. They told me to buy a dongle from dialog or mobitel and crack the lock which is illegal and no warranty there after. Another day I went to this place to buy a 4k tv. I was in a rush and was wearing rubber slippers and a short trouser as I went there while I was moving to a new home. The staff member looked at my slippers and then told me "We dont sell TV's here" and refused to answer my questions. 😂. Went to Singhagiri and brought the TV. Even though the other branches arent like this, will never buy anything from Abans ever again.

Worst customer service. Don't buy anything from Abans. I bought a new refrigerator. Stopped working after 11 days. And they refuse to give me a new one. They said they can't do anything. if I want a new one go to Consumer Affairs Authority and make a complaint.
