    This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in India. I strongly recommend not to stay and risk your health and safety in this place. There are cockroaches all over the room, bed, toilet, and furniture. It looked like they have not cleaned the room and toilet for last few months. It stinks very bad, dirty, stains on the bed sheets, pillows, bathroom. To put it in short, it is so unhygienic that you may get infected with some disease and risk your health if you choose to stay in this hotel for any reason. There are only a few staff around who are helpless, cant expect any response to your complaint. Food is substandard. Just one night stay in this hotel made me feel so horrible that it will take a few weeks for me to come out of this.

    Worst ever stay. Irresponsible staff and reception desk who had no ear to attend to complaint. Bed was pathetic, don't go with family and kids. There were cocroaches on the bed and bathroom. Stained closets and sticky floor.. Sorry, have nothing to talk good about this hotel. Waste of money staying here as you will lose peace. Ah okay, the back view from top most floor was enjoyable.

    Very worst rooms and service is horrible. I booked room for 2 days, in June 5-6 and 6-7. After seeing horrible room ( dirty towels, dirty bedsheets, unclean dirt floor, no ventilation, ac was not working) and service I reported, the hotel GM said he will cancel and refund for the next day booking. Current day we checked in so we didn't ask for refund, the next day only we asked. Manager took my bank details and the issues for auditing. After 1 week I asked again what's the refund status. They said it's will take some time 2 or 3 days like that , it's been 2 months , every week or weekly twice I am checking them. They r simple wasting my time. I never seen such a worst and cheating management like this in my life. My experience is horrible. I had very bad experience. I never seen worst management such as this hotel. As a local Google reviewer, I strongly suggest please don't stay or book in this hotel.

    Wasted our time and money. Not worth it at all. To start with, there was no one to welcome in the restaurant. We decided to go for a buffet. No dishes were refilled. We went with our German friend and he got sick after having the food the next day. Even public restrooms will be maintained properly and clean. It was too bad. Though they don't maintain standard on food, hospitality and cleanliness, they maintain the price at a good level. We ended up paying 5500 for the bad service and food.

    The rooms are so dirty especially the bathroom. None of them look like they are cleaned properly. My skin started itching when I lay on the bed. The staff are not very good. They state different prices for extra services. The food is no good too. Would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

    Pathetic service. We arranged a meeting there. They turned off that floor's power source so that lift won't work. All the elderly people used the fire exit staircase to get down. Even the rest room lights were turned off. They did this even before our guest came out of the hall. Worst service ever.

    "I was here for a week, and I would like to highlight the cons of my experience. Please note that these are only the negatives. 😊 There was a lack of hygiene and proper cleaning throughout the place. Cockroaches were found everywhere, including the room and kitchen. They were even present on the dining table beneath the food storage pot. The condition of the bathroom and toilet was appalling. It seemed like they hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. The stench was so strong that it was unbearable, and the surface was slippery. To my dismay, I discovered cockroaches, dust, and even used water bottles under the bed. The communal restroom in the canteen was worse than a public restroom. It had a foul smell, and there was water all over the floor. The bedsheets, blankets, and towels provided were extremely dirty. Despite reporting the issue several times, the WiFi and room telecom remained non-functional. The staff ignored my complaints, and the problems were not resolved. The receptionist/manager of night shift was arrogant I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the place. These issues greatly affected my stay, and I would recommend addressing them for the comfort and satisfaction of future guests."

    Worst hotel in Chennai. Worst experience happened to me and my Guest from Hyderabad. Flies on Restaurant, No AC at reception. Rooms floor with Water leakage. Hotel Incharges are also in casual manner when raising any questions. Rooms partially cleaned. Dirty Sofas at Reception. We preferred this hotel because its exactly opposite to SRMC. But we paid for that.

    Stayed for 5 days. Good property and strategically located but very poorly managed. Water logging in the bathroom was not attended in one full day despite complaining. Room service is not done regularly. Sugar, milk packets not filled. Is there a House keeping Supervisor or Manager? People at reception are seniors and often confused. Keep young trained professionals who can handle better.

    We went for a lunch.. they don't have much varities..The taste was very average.. very limited starters and main course also..they have the worst ice cream.. even the small ice cream shop have better tatse than this.. veg buffet costs 850 per person.. non veg 999 per person..it's totally waste.. Even the desserts was very bad.. it was not fresh at all.. The ambience was unclean and tidy. The waiting time was too long for the opening starters. We came for lunch during long weekend.. no one was there except us.. I don't Recommend this place for lunch. It's total waste.

    v7 Hotel :: A nice place to have Birthday and other Family and Friendly events. Warm Welcome, Great Buffet food menu and tasty options. Pleasant place to stay and enjoy the events. We had our daughter first birthday party followed by buffet dinner, where every members of family and friends enjoyed a lot and had a Delightful Dinner.

    I recently had the opportunity to dine at V7 Restaurant tried buffet. The restaurant boasted a pleasant ambiance, attentive service, and an extensive menu that catered to various culinary preferences. However, I must address one minor drawback —the mutton in the biryani was hard to eat.

    We had a function yesterday and we are all very much satisfied. The food was awesome and the staffs are very understandle. They provide very good service and they handled the crowds with warmly smile. Every thing was good. But we faced some AC issues. Other than that we enjoyed a lot.

    Didn't stay a minute in this hotel. Miserable place. Made a paid booking online. Went to the hotel 🏨. Receptionist gave me the key with some hesitation. Went up to the 5th floor. Key 🔑 wasn't working. The door had a big enough hole to see what's happening in the room. Came back to the receptionist, handed the key back go her, and walked out of the hotel.

    A very friendly environment. All the personnel are very committed. Food is highly gut friendly. Lot of varieties daily. Just beside the road in prime area. Of course, not sure about WiFi. Often gets off. Overall, very good place to stay

    Location was perfect for us as we were there for an appointment at the Sri Ramchan.. hospital. Rooms were clean but aged. Overall ok considering the rate. Service was OK. Had to call a few times to get a towel as they only had one in the room even though we were a double room.

    Booked thru Agoda. Receptionist was very rude and the valet was also not available to retrieve my car. Rooms are smelly. Bathrooms are slippery. The bar is the worst one. No beer and food. Please don't waste your money on this. We have lot better options within city.

    Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Money. I recently stayed at V7 Hotel in Chennai, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with underwhelming service and lackluster accommodations. The room I was given was not only cramped but also poorly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, the linens were worn out, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Additionally, the amenities promised on their website were either non-existent or in poor condition. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the TV barely worked, and don't even get me started on the state of the bathroom. It was clear that the hotel had seen better days and was in desperate need of renovation. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and offered little assistance when I voiced my dissatisfaction. It felt like they were more interested in getting me out of there than ensuring I had a pleasant stay. Overall, my experience at V7 Hotel was far from what I expected, especially considering the price I paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chennai. Save your money and find accommodations elsewhere.

    Had a very terrible experience with this Hotel of my entire life time . Had my kid birthday function in their hotel and their staff had looted the money which was given as an advance , 40 K for which hotel is saying that they can not bare the money which was looted by their hotel staff from their premises. Managed myself to get half of the amount 20 k from hotel staff without any support from hotel support . Atlast i had to keep the birthday function in their hotel And there is 0% responsible from the hotel regarding food and hospitality. Food were over during the party and have to shout and follow up with the staffs for refilling the food , worst taste . Cats were coming into the banquet hall, no organisation of plates and bowls. I have lost total of 20 K due to the hotel staff and I am regretting myself for keeping function in their hotel. My request to everyone to avoid this hotel since we can get many hotel at this cost with better service

    I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the hotel and management. I must emphasize that the information and pictures provided on your website regarding the hotel were completely misleading. The actual condition of the hotel and the behaviour of its staff were far from what was advertised. My expectations were shattered as I encountered numerous problems during my stay, some of which were unacceptable. I would like to outline the issues I faced: Cockroaches in the room: Throughout the night, the number of cockroaches in the room increased, and to my disbelief, some even started flying. I have taken pictures as evidence of this appalling situation. Unsanitary food: Shockingly, the food I ordered from the hotel had cockroaches in it. This is not only unsanitary but also a severe breach of hygiene standards. I WAS SHOCKED AND REPORTED IMMEDIATELY. They came and checked it and agreed after which they said they’ll replace it with fries and I agreed but even after FOUR HOURS they did not give anything I didn’t bother to ask because I was scared for my health. Malfunctioning heater: The heater in the room was not functional, leaving me without any means to regulate the temperature during my stay. Poorly maintained toilets: The condition of the toilets was extremely unsanitary, with black water coming out. This poses a significant health risk and is absolutely unacceptable. Non-functional Wi-Fi: Despite being advertised, the Wi-Fi service in the hotel was not working, which inconvenienced me greatly as I rely on the internet for work and communication. Terrible customer service: The overall customer service provided by the hotel staff was abysmal. They showed a complete lack of concern for the issues I faced and failed to address them appropriately. Unhygienic bedding: The pillow, blanket, and bed in the room were stained, indicating a lack of cleanliness and attention to guest comfort. Faulty television: The television in the room did not work, depriving me of any entertainment or means of relaxation during my stay.

    I have to put one star but it's not worth it. a level of grime that I had never seen, even in the middle of the desert in Africa. cockroaches welcome you to your room, one of them even shared my bed. the sheets, the towels, are of a dubious yellow, smell of experience, it itches. the pictures on their site are misleading. I set foot in the "restaurant" and went straight up to my room to close my suitcase and leave.

    The rooms of this hotel are pathetic. They have cockroaches, the almirah doors will fall over your head. They will charge you extra for everything . The breakfast is so bad that you won't feel it is a south Indian food. The tea or coffee is prepared a day before serving it to you. DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!

    The room on the 6th floor was decent, basic amenities, drainage in the shower get stuck and not very clean in general, wifi slow except for the first night . Forget about the restaurant and breakfast hygiene is very bad and you can get sick . There’s no ac in the common area that looks also very dirty and turn down . Staff is helpful but some has no manners. Thank you anyway.

    The property maintenance is severely lacking. Firstly, the front desk staff exhibit unprofessional behavior. Additionally, the linens in the rooms are reused without proper washing, with visible hair and tears. Bed bugs infest the beds, and the intercom landline is nonfunctional. The restroom experiences water clogs, has a foul drainage odor, and the toilets are consistently dirty. I strongly advise against making any reservations at this hotel under any circumstances.

    I stay often at this hotel only for its proximity to my work place and the horrendous traffic and commuting conditions in the city. But this time the rooms had no internal phones working, no cleanliness under the bed inspite requesting several times. The bathroom is provided with a tiny soap common for washbasin and bath. They provide half time use shampoo and conditioner. There were no provision of keeping mugs for tea if not behind their life.. the whitener was also almost counted and given. No reception functions..no housekeeping communication. Lift went put several times hit by flood was still understood. But overall a very ill kept hotel. Restaurant has very poor quality food. The staff is totally coldly responsive and they only charge for a shelter i believe.

I was deeply touched and delighted by your manager's(Mr. Sreejith's) warmth and hospitality during our visits and his desire to keep customers happy. We had one of the most beautiful memories again today. Though he is not available today the service remains the same. You’re amazing.     Even though we had sent a mail to book the room, they could not locate it, after the person confirmed they gave the room including breakfast. In the late evening that same girl says sorry breakfast not included, embarrassing us further after some time she says that room rent is another 500 additional. What a waste coming to a hotel which does not have ethics towards their customers

    We had booked more than 25 rooms for my daughter's wedding. While booking they promised to give me maximum number of king sized beds. But in the confirmatory mail they added a clause mentioning subject to availability. When I called to clarify, they said that they would certainly take care of my request and that subject to availability was only to keep me aware of the MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE. On the day of the occasion, only 8 king sized beds were available and that too after a lot of argument. Also the AC in many of the rooms were not working. The rooms were also sub- standard. Even though I was busy in the wedding event, the receptionist constantly disturbed me with continuous phone calls to settle the balance amount immediately. I settled the amount online in the midst of the wedding function, only to receive a message that the amount was refunded back to my acct as their account had been freezed for some reason. The rooms for early check in which was earlier requested for was not even ready at the time of the guest arrival. The reception desk and the staff service is very poor. The receptionist will argue for over hours even to get a small service done. Overall experience was awful. The rooms were of OK standard and so giving 2 on 5 rating- otherwise it is not worth even 1 on 5

I have went for Breakfast for 2 days and I got good food and a girl service for all tables is good way of guest handling, but other service peoples are not so much in service nature especially in breakfast.     It's a cozy place , not too crowded.. The staff is hospitable . i had buffet last Sunday . Priced at Rs 999 , the spread was very good. They have regular offers too . Great place to meet client for a formal or informal discussion

    Hall is decent. Food had good spread but taste wise I would rate 3/10. None of the items tasted good. Even the waiters were so reluctant to help the guests. One guy was just standing all the time, when asked for naan he said it's in the table instead of offering us.

    I stayed for a night recently. The overall ambience and cleanliness seemed ok. But there were a number of issues: 1. The guy at the check in desk looked over worked. He was worse than useless...poor communication skills & manners. Did not give proper instructions. 2. The bath towel was ancient, stained and torn. Probably bought from a rag picker & washed and hung! lol! 3. Nobody to carry your luggage to the room. 4. The shortcut buttons marked on the phone just don't work...its a pain that we are not told about these. 5. The bed was unstable. 6. They quoted Rs 1200 for an airport drop...that's fleecing the poor customer. I booked an Ola for Rs 500. 7. Some staff got on the lift and were rudely chatting away loudly ...poor grooming in staff behaviour. The major issue is a culture of poor communication & staff behaviour. Sad!

    Booked for 25-26 May 2022 through make my trip with full advance payment. Upon reaching, hotel denied me room stating they have not received any booking from make my trip. I raised my voice and started arguing loudly in lobby, then I was given room. Restaurant is horrible. I had to struggle even for a glass of water. Few items were exhausted when I reached for dinner at 9.30 pm. Very very limited menu. No taste to food. Make my trip does not give any option to speak to its staff.

    This is to bring to your kind attention that I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by v7 hotel Chennai I stayed in room no 4001 I want to encourage you to improve your cleaning staffs as I don't want anyone to ruin his or her vacation staying here. Cleaning staff took my money from the wallet i e Rs.8500. No one should be given the access to enter in the room for cleaning without permission/ prior information. It then creates a question of safety and security for the guests. Also when the complete incident was complained about, no action was taken from the management too.

    Nicely designed rooms with ample space and spacious bathrooms. They provide small fridge, locker, electric kettle, hair dryer and complimentary water bottles. But they miss to clean washroom to the best and reorganize tissues, refill tea coffee pouches etc. They allow checkin only at 12 noon. Early checkin is charged even for 1 hr.

    We booked a banquet hall for Birthday party. Hall ambience, Service and food quality is good. But the decoration is the show spoiler for us. They've only one vendor named Littlecraft Events. Left out with no other option. Spent around 35k for decoration but it's not satisfactory. Management should consider having additional options.

    Not worth for the price. WiFi not working. No one cares. When you call reception, no one pic the phone. Cleanliness is not good for the cost we are spending. Checkout process is toooooo slow. Writing this review in their lobby while waiting for checkout more than 30 minutes. Receptionist lady’s gesture/attitude is unwelcoming/not feeling welcomed to the hotel. Foods are tooooo costly comparing the quality and taste.

    Unorganised management and proper response for issues raised. Wedding level stress cannot be handled by them. Rooms are not allocated considering guests like couples. Rooms hygiene was good.     Washroom was stinky and dirty, There were cockroaches running across the walls even on bed, there were no facility provided such as bath towel, dental kit etc, towel provided on request was too dirty and stinking, soap, moisturizer, shower cap etc were not replaced or refilled on daily basis, very minimal options were available for breakfast but i should admit that it was tasting ok. We were charged for the mini bar consumption even when we have not used any. We checked in at 5.00 am and checked out at 12.00 noon next day but we were charged for 2 days. Overall, we were charged for Rs.3300/- per day for this facility, we feel that it is worthy only for Rs.1000/- per day.

    People are good but had a terrible experience when it comes to wifi service in the room. After several complaints WiFi issue was not fixed. I recently had relocated to this place and this hotel was just 2 minutes away from the new apartment/ society. Hence had no option but to take this place so that Its easy for me to commute. There is a scope of improvement when it comes to service and maintenance.

    Worst hotel to stay in. They charge 5000 per room. It's not worth more than 1500. Mosquitos were everywhere. Cockroaches were everywhere. Receptionist wasn't available 90% of the time. Cleaner weren't there. Rooms were dirty. AC wasnt working. Sheet were directly. Valet parking told me to park by myself. Luggage was kept in reception for hours because workers weren't there. Room knob was not there. Mirrors were broken. Only good thing was that breakfast was good.

    Nice hotel...we went for a engagement function, the party hall was quite big enough for 100 to 200 members. But the dinning area was so small even though its a buffet people has to wait for their turn for so long time...and its advaisable if the valet parking driver wear the mask regularly...

    This hotel doesn't even deserve one star. Such worse rooms for the high price they charge. The sheets are smelly and had multiple stains. The bed is the worst quality I have seen in a star hotel. Calling bell in our room didn't work. Hot water is not available in shower. As its opposite to Sri Ramachandra University, its fooling customers and being in business. A kind request to the management, improve your facility or charge according to the facility you have. Orelse your customers will never return here once they see your reality.

    Decent Stay. Despite, Certainly difficulties, the staff & front desk management are trying their best 👏🏼 to keep the stay comfortable for us. Its true that they are facing a little difficultly in maintenance but its obvious that, its mainly due to the metro construction, etc. Otherwise a GOOD hotel for a short stay. Kudos to the front desk staff for managing patiently and giving instant solutions. 👏🏼✨
