Too costly for the service they offer. You get much better services and facilities in other hotels. Even if they show 1500 at oyo, they will charge 3k when you checkin. Staff was very rude. No checkout calls, extra one day charge if you become little late for checkout.

Five star for sure..! We had our baby first birthday last week. Excellent service from the hotel management. Manager Gopi sir , approached clients in great manner and buffet food service was extraordinary. Good taste and kids loved all..!! Special thanks to Kani sir taking care of all event management also Dinesh sir and Stage decorating by Muthu sir was fantastic. Sulfi Babu sir Karaoke with kids was a gem. all kids enjoyed singing. More than what we expected. Thank you all. 😃

I had few drinks in the bar when I was having my snacks i got stone in my snacks. I complained to the server and Assistant Restaurant Manager nobody cares about it... There was no response from the management team which is not acceptable...I feel very bad about the service standards...

We had our seemantham ceremony at Chennai Le palace, the decoration was good and the food was great. We even got a complementary room for stay! Overall it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend Hotel Chennai Le palace.

I Stayed here for about 10days for work. The AC room here was comfortable for me. The woodruffs and the shower was a little small and hot water is not stable at all times. The AC turns it self off sometimes and also few times it was in the night when I am sleeping and that's not very good, not sure why this happens. The room services was not that good, sometimes the call to room service is picked by the front office and they do not do what I asked until there is a follow up call. The breakfast buffet was decent with a little change everyday offering both non-veg and veg choices, the staff are also good. The venue in the 3rd floor was decent and comfortable with good light but the themed restaurant in the 2nd floor is not so good with a bad light, not so comfortable to eat.

Rooms and location are great but washroom water doesn't go after bath it will take more than half an hour. Compared to the pricing we paid it's not worth it.

Visited for a reception party. Due to metro work road was too narrow and also parking was full around the building and finally gave for vallet parking. The hotel has 3-4 halls and a bar attached. The hall was neat - clean and good for small parties and get-togethers.

Chennail Le Palace is a comfortable and homely stay. Just around Porur signal - the location is its strength. Clean and large rooms on all floors. Room air-conditioning is centralised and temperature can be set as low as 16deg. AC remote works OK. Airflow at times might appear low but temperature control is perfectly OK. Restaurant offers a decent morning breakfast buffet with both non-veg and veg choices. A-La-Carte spread is also nice and priced within range. Portions are quite full for one person. Restaurant Staff is a bit lacking in Service Efficiency. They often forget extra-ordered items during breakfast. In case you are willing to eat out, there is a nice eatout right adjacent to the hotel. Room TV have all regional channels including English Movie etc. Bathroom is clean and good. Hot Water though is not always available. If you want a late evening shower, you may not get water warm enough. Seems Centralized Water Heating system switches on only after 6am. Washroom has a decent supply of toiletries and towels. Hair dryer is absent though. Mirrors are large and clean. Lights are good enough. Lobby is very nice and you can hold small short meetings. Elevators are wide bodied and outer wall offers nice outside view as you travel up/down. There is another small Lobby Area on the 4th floor Elevator Landing area. This cosiky decorated area gives room guests to hold friendly meetings away from main lobby in a comfortable manner. Swimming pool on 3rd floor is closed on Tuesdays. It is a medium sized pool but is perfectly ok for a business hotel. Reception desk is very efficient. Check-IN and Check-OUT was a breeze and with minimal effort or waiting time. Mr. Dinesh /Manager was very efficient in handling our booking.

I was in hotel from 25th to 27th june. Very bad experience i have received. No working internet, despite 8 calls not received laundry. Avoid this hotel foe stay. Waste of money.

I stayed here for a week, this hotel doesn't deserve any stars for customer service. Issue 1 - The moment I entered the room after a long drive, the AC remote didn't work and it took almost 30 minutes to get a remote changed. Issue 2 - TV remote didn't work, it was kept for name sake only, upon request they changed the remote. Issue 3 - Wardrobe and toilet has tiny cockroaches roaming around. Be careful, do not keep cloths in the closet. Just don't go yarr. Issue 4 - The DTH/Cable TV didn't work, when I called the reception to check, they informed me that maintenance person will check and come back, nobody came for the entire day and I ended up watching IPL on my phone. Issue 5 - Do not ever give your car at Wallet Parking, they will park your car in the open near the exit gates or behind the hotel. Inspite of me insisting them to park my car at the basement, they parked my car in open, outside in rain and dust for 3 days, when I checked the 3rd day and enquired, they informed that due to a wedding, they had to park it outside. I requested to get the car cleaned and washed, guess what, they asked me to pay for it. Now you know why they park outside in open spaces. When I checked out and requested to get my car from basement, it took them 40 minutes, reason driver not available. Issue 6 - Rooms will be automatically locked if you step outside the hotel and you need to request the receptionist to unlock every time you step in, some software for security purpose. Complementary breakfast was good enough. Copper kitchen is just next door. Location is good, easy to access if you are coming from Blore-Chennai NH.

Arrangement of my son’s Holy Communion Function was done at Lotus hall and it’s wa well organised by the hotel team. Food was really good and great hospitality. Greatly coordinated by Mr Kani. Great Job Team

I have booked my Engagement ceremony at Le palace and had a wonderful experience, great service and nice customer support. Decoration service provided by Le palace by Muthu, which was so nice and the overall experience is very good. Highly recommended, comes within budget and affordable.

We attended a function in this hotel. They had ordered the food alonwith the party hall. Food was excellent. Only con was the hall was not maintained properly and needs improvement

I went for marriage reception for one of my neighbour at this hall. Place is sufficient for accommodating 50 to 80 members and have limited seats at ground floor. There is sufficient place for parking two wheeler and very few four wheeler vehicles. For dinner, there is buffet system is arranged but there is less space for dinner seating at 1st floor. Food is OK. Taste is good. Staying rooms looks good. Fine feeling when stay at this place at rooms. Located very close to Porur rountana and copper kitchen which is a landmark. Good for nearby shopping and going to super market, vegetables, fruits, fancy stores, medical, snacks shop very nearby. Main road was full of potholes medu palam is bit of a concern and be very careful while riding by two wheeler starting from Porur. Its quite dusty as well at day and night time due to metro construction. Lot of traffic at Arcot Road till alwarthirunagar. Otherwise all looks OK. Good to go along with family and friends.

Located near to the Porur Signal, this star rated hotel offers well decorated rooms. Stay was really good. Room decors are to the scale what a star hotel has to offer. Speaking about the restaurants present inside the hotel, there are 2 restaurants, Ton Kiang & Yazhee. Both are not so good with the taste and quantity of food they offer. Ton Kiang - The taste really needs to be improved. Yazhee - It's only advantage is that it's a forest based theme restaurant. The quantity they serve is indirectly proportional to the price. Taste - Not Okay. Only Raitha for Biryani and No Egg for which it's 300 + bucks with lesser quantity and tasteless. So, for food one can have it in Copper Kitchen which is available in front of the hotel. Recommended for Stay with 4 stars.

Hosted my son's first birthday party here- Lotus Hall. Very elegant looking and neatly maintained party hall. All the staffs were very courteous & helpful. Gives you a rich look and royal vibe. Coordination by Mr.kani & team was good. Every single need was taken care. They do have wide ranges of halls for various kinds of functions. Very nice to conduct Birthday parties, Engagement, Naming ceremony and all functions with a capacity of 80-300 people. Ample parking space!! The air-condition is very good. The Hall was very nice and the lighting was good and bright. The audio system was amazing. Decoration: Mr. Muthu will take care of everything. I must mention the decoration was the best. Just like I expected and it turned out just like I wanted. MUTHU & Team did a very good work and all the guests said that the decor looks great. We had "PRINCE" theme and they executed very well. Food: Everyone who has graced our occasion said the food is so delicious & yummy from welcome drink to dessert!!! Lots of varities & worth the money It a great thanks from our family to Mr.kani & team for the successful event. Highly recommended to all.

In MAP Plan Limited Food Options - In Case Of Unlikely Food, No Other Options Being Given to customer, So He Has to Sleep Hungry. Old smoky Rooms and unclean Bedsheets.. Slippery Bathrooms... Sharp Edged Tiles in Bathrooms... Sharp edged Grainite Tops near sleeping Beds...Need special care On Kids and Old parents... Smoking area inside Ac corridor. So All Rooms Full Cigrate Smell.. Morning Breakfast Very Average.Poor Qulaity... Prime location is acceptable...But Very poor Room maintance... Stayed here For 3 days.. They Just Put Soap oil and clean floor with out water..So u can Feel Slippery and sticky Floor...

Best place to stay and Party halls. We attended a family function, decent place to manage floating crowd, Fine service and price worth for the service and food provided. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Ample car parking space was an advantage for party hall guests.

Situated in a prime area. Easily accessible. Superb rooms and service. Food is terrific with the breakfast buffet catering to all cuisines. I recommend this place for people who wanna spend a day or two in Chennai because it's closer to the beach, airport and any major attraction.

Review based on personal experience on 21st May 2022. Visited Chennai Le Palace for a birthday party of one of my friend's son. Had to take the bypass road from perungalathur. Location shown by Google maps was good until 500 mts before the property. Since there are some works going on, Google showed a route to reach Le Palace which was a little tedious for me to identify the entrance Party hall was good. Enough to easily accomodate 100 to 150 people. Spacious stage with high volume speakers etc. AC flow was too good. The dining was in a level down. Dining space could have been a little big. It was too crowded with just 30 people though buffet was served. Food was average. A lot of room for improvement on food. Doesn't tasted good for a 3 star hotel. Veg was my option though they served non veg and review is based on the veg options.

Hotel looks and feels nice. There was a IELTS exam organized by IDP. The candidates were ill treated by not allowing them to sit in the lobby and was asked to go to examination floor where there was no AC and people were sweating before the exam. Not sure whose fault is it as IDP was silent on this. The hotel staff only know to fall the the feet of elite customers and didn't care for walk in customers. For each exam a candidate pays 15000/- for an exam. It's really shameful.

I went for dinner there with my colleagues, it's a nice experience. The Avatar theme restaurant is nice place, good ambience. Nonveg options are quite okay for price, But options are less in main course.

Best place to stay. Good Room service and rooms have great ambience. You can get rooms with city view. Also in second folder Yashee restaurant is located which has great food and colourful environment. Best place for couples and family with kids.

Rooms location location and service everything is perfect in the hotel. However taste of food is not upto the mark. For north they don't have much problem items for eating Meanwhile outside hotel lots of good options are available at very reasonable price So better go fooding outside rather than hotel

The hotel is located close to my workplace hence I prefer staying here to avoid traffic caused my the ongoing metro work. I truly enjoy the morning breakfast served at their restaurant.

We went for a drink in their bar.. The bar looks really good. The cushion sofa, table and cutleries are Very Good. But the problem is their service we find difficult to call or find the waiter... And we ordered prawn pepper fry which cost us 400 rupees and we felt really damn expensive.

I selected this for one of my international friend. Even the standard rooms are of very good, spacious and with good ambience. Good restaurants with all local, contenental food varieties, bar facility and good parking is available. A very recommended stay here nearby porur with start facility.

We attended the DJ night on the bew year eve . It was the worst ever Deafening volume with no sync in the music They failed to entertain each and every audience Though we insisted to change the vibe the DJ refused it . There were no chairs for ladies or kids The food was not bad Rooms were in bad condition There was no proper maintenance Breakfast was okayish Overall not worth the money The quality has gone very low I will never suggest this place to anyone

Good rooms and must have been better before. Hi tech windows ,blinds,toilets, Jacuzzis but all not working. Inadequate staff, UT must appreciate the front office people. They did everything fr9m being a bell boy to room service. One star is for them Food was also palatable. Post corona effects I guess. A slight tweak and they could be back to five stars.
