Service was not good. There were 12 Air conditioners. None of them were working. Only one was working which was in hand wash room. They took 20 minutes to take order. And another 20 minutes to deliver the biriyani which was prepared already. None of them were responsible. People visit such restaurants for good ambiance and tasty food. Totally disappointed with Salem RR. There is no proper ventilation facility. Kitchen door was open. Everyone in the restaurant were coughing due to the smoke from the kitchen. We asked the incharge about the worst service. He said all the ACs are under maintenance. Maintenance work should be conducted on holidays. Food was also not tasty. We wasted half food. Normally I don’t prefer to waste food. But RR made me to do.

They serve biriyani of good quantity and quality. For most people, the quantity of one biriyani is more than enough. The pieces were well cooked. Koshtu and raita were served along. The taste is average. The service was good. There are a good number of tables. There's enough parking space in the front. A huge drawback especially this time in summer is that the AC was not working and there were only pedestal fans.

Food is good however need to improve their hospitality and infra. AC was not working properly in the hot summer. Mood to look into the neatness of the place as well, seen cockroaches running around in the table before cleaning

Had briyani and prawn 65 both doesn't have any taste or flavour . Rotten lemon piece served with prawn 65

Went there to drink juice.we have ordered strawberry juice and lemon mint. Regarding the taste Strawberry juice - it was awesome and I liked it very much. Lemon mint - it is the other way ,the mint proportion was very high and it tasted very bad. Hygienic: I could see a lot of insects sitting in the fruits and they are using the same for the juice(though they are washing before putting the juice it should be better if they put it in a hygienic place)

Went for lunch , ac very less , ambience is also not good

Food is good... big spacious ... good to hang out with friends and family. Services was good.

Worst experience the rice not cooked. Waste of money 😔 don't go to this biriyani taste like tomato rice.
