Everything about the hotel was worth 5 stars..the service, the cleanliness, the open buffet breakfast, the rooms were very well set up ..the bathrooms were spacious and there is a free shuttle that drops you and picks you up from Imam Hussein's shrine area. The only advice I would give is don't take a room that faces the back of the hotel which is where the generator is located which was quite loud when it was on. Apart from that I would go again!

Room interiors is beautiful, i guess its following Rotana standards , the safe wasn't working in the begining after few times asking the reception they fixed it , the shisha was good in there roof top , the location is 1 km from the shrine but the streets are not pedestrian friendly , theirs a bus every 1 hour to the shrine and back to the hotel The mixed grill was good , the tabouleh didn't taste like tabula it was full with vinegar , again the shisha was really good

this hotel was located by bani harmain (closer to Hazrat Abbas as shrine) and they provided a shuttle to and from there for guests. the overall hotel is very clean and nicely decorated! the rooms were also very nice and there was no issue about noises from nearby rooms since the rooms are in an open-ish area. the hotel itself also provides a breakfast in the morning which had a variety of foods, in case you’re a picky eater like me 😅 overall, i’d strongly recommend this hotel to anyone, though especially if you’re from the west because this hotel definitely reaches up to american standards in my opinion. lastly, the hotel staff was extremely helpful especially since we couldn’t find transportation from karbala to najaf, and they were kind enough to arrange something for us. iA i get the opportunity to come back to karbala again and stay here!

Amazing hotel. I'm having a pleasant time here right now. The staff are super friendly. The hotel provided me with free access to the restaurant for breakfast despite my booking was without breakfast. They also changed my room because I wanted a room with a bathtub and while waiting my new room to get ready, they hosted me in the terrace coffee shop and when I asked for the bill they informed me that it's for free with an apology because I didn't like the first room. The rooms are spacious, absolutely clean, and elegant. I will definitely come back.

The staff at the reception went lots of extra miles to make my stay extremely comfortable. They were polite and paid great attention to me needs. In the middle of night they helped me find a pin to change my SIM card which I urgently needed. Arranged taxi for me and spoke to the taxi driver on my behalf as I couldn’t speak Arabic. Went lots of extra miles to help me find an ATM machine in town. I have not experienced such genuinely helpful hotel staff anywhere, not even in the luxury 5 star hotels.
