I’ve always known that when you enter Karbala, memhan nawazi is given to us by Maula Abbas. I’ve witnessed this in every which way possible. This time I want to highlight this hotel that I stayed at this past December, mostly because of their hospitality. The staff was always so kind, friendly, helpful, and had exceptional customer service. The food hall had amazing food, chefs serving fresh and delicious omelettes, shawarma, burgers, freshly squeezed juices and more. Their tea was fabulous and we even got desi chai freshly made for us. The rooms were clean and came equipped with everything you may need. The laundry service was fast and exceptional. The proximity to Imam Hussain (AS) harum was the biggest plus. I would recommend that everyone stay here. I will be coming back to stay here again. I miss this place and especially their exceptional staff who paid such close attention to their guests.

Wow, I can’t believe how near it is to the holy shrine which is the most important thing to all visitors , I love its view, love it is cleanliness and their staff are helpful and friendly, the food are so good with plenty of variety, the only down thing to it unfortunately that their window glass are not reflective which is unpractical at all since the whole room covered with glass and their elevator are so slow! But other than that I would 100% recommend it, I enjoyed my stay ☺️♥️

Naeem Al Warith is a 5* Hotel 🏨 . It's located very close to the Mausoleum of Imam Hussain & his Brother Hazrat Abbas. It's @ a walking distance literally. And people are very helpful & cooperative. The place around the hotel is full of shop's which are open till late night. There was an array of food items available @ Breakfast 🥐, Lunch & Dinner 🥗. Many a times this led to wastage of food by customer's. The hotel authorities should sincerely work at reducing wastage of food.

This is my third time coming here and the quality of food has gotten so much worst this year. Not to mention that they don't have much variety, and you had to tell them if their were out of a specific food. And on the last night we were there I got food poisoning!

Excellent Hotel with profound hospitality from checking time.. Free confectionery, coffee, tea juice, cookies, etc round the clock available at reception.. Such free hospitable services NOT seen anywhere in the world from my experience. Near IMAM HUSSEIN HARAM..

Very nice ppl For Karbala quality and what i saw i guess it does deserves a 4star but in iman it wouldn't be more than 3 They have an open buffet when i were there. The food quality was not a bad one in fact it was more than okay In the 9th floor you could see both shrines and the road between them Bed quality i guess it was 3 but rooms were well maintained Recommended

The location is the main bonus for this hotel. It is literally on the doorsteps of Imam Hussein AS. The hotel itself is 3/4 stars but regarded as a very good hotel in Iraqi standards.

The food is excellent, very delicious, the best food I had in Iraq, but the rssturant is hot and warm most of the time.

I really advise this hotel to you..!! It’s expensive, but it’s worth in comparison to other luxurious hotels in Karbala. My family had a very good experience of staying in this place.

The place is located near Haram of Imam Hussein علیہ السلام. Rooms are good, cleanliness is up to the mark. Staff is friendly. Food is also good and serving staff in dining area at 8th floor are also very helpful and cooperative. Hospital is also located near it ehoch provides free services to pilgrims. ~Highly Recommended if one wants to visit Karbala Mua'la with family.

The best thing about this hotel is its closeness to imam Hossein's shrine. They have food Buffett, but the quality is not wow.

It’s ok but it’s expensive, 75$ one night Including breakfast

This hotel is the best, location is few steps to Imam Hussain shrine, it's new hotel. The staff are nice. It has only two elevators serving 9 floors, sometimes you need to wait more than 5 minutes to ride. The restaurant is on the 8th floor, and could be overcrowded, but the food and staff are excellent. The rooms are good size, but the layout is odd,

Good location, very close to haramain, good staff. Room sizes are not standard.

Proximity to the Haram is an advantage for this hotel unless you have luggage or shopping to do outside of the haram area then getting a taxi in or out and near the hotel is very difficult. Hotel was not so clean especially during busy periods, stayed three nights and not a single time did we get room service even when requested. Bathroom is problematic. Staff in lobby were playing on their mobile phone instead of paying attention to guests needs and questions.

If you’re a foreigner- they will treat you really nice. If you are iraqi - they will treat you like trash. I’d avoid this place. 👎🏼

Food is great, service is nice and location is amazing

Location was perfect very close to the Imam, buffet breakfast was very good but rooms were not too clean and beds were very uncomfortable, they gave us a double bed for a couple, blanket wouldn't cover us (a couple), had to use 2 blankets, bed itself was too small. When we spoke to the reception we were told that this is was ongoing issue and that it will be fixed next year.
