Had a terrible experience here. The first room that was for us had a broken AC. You also can’t open the windows because trains are going by at all times of the night. After letting the staff know that the AC was broken, they changed our room to accommodate us. This turned out to be a terrible decision. Before letting us grab our belongings, they gave our first room to another person. Not only did that person have access to all of our belongings, the AC was never fixed and they kept renting it out! In room #2, the whole room smelled like urine. Unbearable smell. Too bad the desk is only staffed part of the day so we had no one to talk to after going to the second room. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE

Hotel, rooms, staff, service, cleanliness, location all fantastic... just one HUGE flaw which ruined the experience for all 12 people in my group. The breakfast advertised in the rooms and on the website are completely different to the pathetic effort that was offered... Please, see the photos. You'll get a brown paper bag with 1 x croissant, and 1 x pretzel in it... then yoghurt and fruit, and coffee and 2 x juices. That's it! No selection of fresh meats cheeses salads breads or cereals as advertised.. its a poor poor show which we found insulting. The only saving grace was there was a bakery right next door which opened early, and had a vast selection of beautifully cooked and prepared items. Please don't waste your money and buy breakfast at this hotel as you will feel robbed! B & B hotels, you can do so much better than this... it does ruin the experience, and as a result, we will not choose this hotel in the future. Pity because the rest of the stay was without complaint!

I was cheated by the hotel on payment. I paid on the spot by card, and later I was additionally charged for a supposedly unfulfilled reservation. Ordinary thieves, everyone on the Internet will find out. Never give the hotel your payment card!

I would like to praise the hotel staff for excellent personal treatment above and beyond my expectations The rooms are clean, you get fresh towels and you get a code to open your room (no key is needed) The location is the best. It's near the S and U trains and it gets you anywhere you need inside the city. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable beds, clean, fast and easy check in, excellent location since its right where the train station is. - The pillows were not that good and they were kinda thin. The bending machines weren't working. It would've been nice to also be able to make tea at the room. I think it was a little bit overpriced, I've stayed at places with bigger rooms and better beds and more services for less money in Munich

Great location for Oktoberfest. Right next to the train station for two types of trains. Easy to check in and access. Would recommend! Loved the seperate toilet and shower. Only thing we’d love to see is a small bar fridge.

B&B Hotels are very reliable, you know what you're getting, you can get familiar with the experience and there's no surprises. You can also have a subscription for discounts and with so many hotels they have throughout Europe that's really recommended.

Don't book through their website! If you are not registered, they may not confirm your order, but they will charge your credit card and pretend everything is fine. I don't recommend this.

I planned to stay in Munich for one night and this hotel was best in terms of value and location. Service is great, location is excellent - 15 mins from central rail station and about 40 mins to airport. I had concerns about the noise from trains when I read reviews before booking, but I did not notice much noise. It is not quite as in forest, but perfectly normal noise level for a city. The hotel was best value for excellent location.

Real beautiful hotel. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. The bed, the pillows and the mattress comfortable. The overall experience was really nice. Some remarks for consideration: 1. The room was too dark. I couldn't let light come in from outside because the window reached the floor and everyone at the opposite site could see me. So I had to keep the dark curtains closed. If I stayed there during the day it would be a little miserable. 2. Our rooms were booked from a friend who lives there. He didn't book breakfast because he was not sure if we would like to. I thought that we can eat breakfast as in any other hotel and pay for it extra. We were really disappointed when the receptionist told us that we have to book breakfast when we book the rooms. 3. The Hotel asked me for a review and I was glad to do it until I saw that the questions were written in French... It could be more easier if it they were in English. Nevertheless the overall experience was really nice and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of days and I only have words of praise. Firstly the room was not expensive. Check in was very easy and quick. Receptionist go out of their way to help you out. Hotel is renovated and very clean. You have everything you need in your room. TV, wifi, extra towels... Everything is perfect. Room and bathroom is very clean. Housekeeping was done daily and was surprisingly fast and thorough. I will definitely come here again and would gladly recommend this hotel go anyone searching for a simple but great hotel

I find the hotel and price perfect. For me also bed was comfortable and I felt in room very good, even it is smaller and simple. Before arriving, I booked also parking place for 5 EUR. The hotel is very close to public transport possibilities, anyway the room is quite good isolated, so almost no noise comes in.

This hotel is conveniently located on good transport routes. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms comfortable and cosy. Many shops and conveniences in the area. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel a quite satisfying, although the bfast menu is disappointing, mainly because at booking it wasn't clear that what the bfast facility meant; i.e. there was no traditional bfast facility as it is in other hotels. The location is in spite being in the outskirts of the city is good, owing to the excellent public transport, both U-bahn and tram. But my major disappointment was the very narrow garage entrance driveway, which was on a slope on a very tight bend, for which there was no warning what-so-ever. The marks made by various cars(amongst them mine...) on the wall are witness to this very serious design shortcoming. One wonders who was the designer and who were the experts approving and building it the way it is (by the way I am a Civil Engineer/Architect...).

We had a generous family room and could rest very comfortably on our way through Munich. The windows are very good, which is why the railway station, which is just next to it, does not disturb.

AC did not work, window could not be left open due to excessive noise from the train tracks directly next to the hotel other than that the hotel was fine parking garage 5 EUR

Room was way to hot to sleep in, made me question if the AC was even working (the hallways were even hotter). Large window could be opened, but you have to be used to city noises that come from having a train, tram & busstation right next to it. Despite this, the room was clean and the service was good.

Nice hotel with helpful staff in an excellent location (all types of public transportation reacheable within 100 meters) and reasonable prices.

Very convenient location. U and S bahns 1 minute walk away. Easy to get anywhere, especially BMW museum and Olympic park. Aldi and 2 bakeries very close. Room clean. Staff accommodating and helpful. Good shower. Good price. Absolutely no complaints!

Best 1 star motel we have stayed by far! The clean rooms are poorly ventilated and very secure! IMMEDIATELY next to the tram and the Sbahn. No wash-clothes, hand soap, and my wife's reading light didn't work. The room was great to crash in, with just enough space to get you going the next day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for Spartan living!

Nice location, clean the only thing I didn't like was I had a water boiler that was nice but I was given no tea or coffee for it. Also no cups or spoon only 2 plastic ones in the bathroom.

Affordable and at an okay location. There are many shops around including a shopping centre which is just 2 minute walk from the hotel. The train station is very convenient close by.

Nice place ...the rooms are a little bit small,one door for both the bathroom and the toilet,small and comfortable,fitting for two people without a lot of luggage. Adjacent to the metro/bus station,a very nice coffee shop right by the motel. The shower is great. Although some rooms face the train station,you can’t hear a thing when the windows are closed.

We had a good experience at LetoMotel. The rooms are small and basic, but they had everything we needed, including an electric kettle and coffee/tea and toiletries. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is about 20 minutes out of the city center, and the hotel sits right next to the train station. Trains were audible in our room but did not disturb our sleep at all.

LetoMotel is just behind the S-bahn 1 line that connects you to the airport so it's very easy to find it because you can see it from the platform. Also the U-bahn line 3 that takes you to marienplatz is 1' by the foot and it takes 15' to get at center (marienplatz-rathaus). So for the hotel the room is nice and warm it's not very big but also not very small. There is no telephone or minibar in the room but there is a kettle with cups coffe tea and sugar.The bathroom is divided by two areas with one door one are is the toilet and the other one is the the sink and the shower( the shower hasn't got door so you have to be carefull with the water) Also i noticed that to wash your hand you have to use the mini shower gel that they refresh it every day. Also they offer free wifi but sometimes it's very hard to connect even in the first floor. Keep also in mind that if your room is at train platform area may keeps you awake during the night if you sleep light. As for the breakfast they don't offer but there are a bakery shop at the next door with resonables prices and also 2 supermarkets. When i'll visit Munich am preaty sure that i'll stay again there and i suggest it

This was hard to rate as it's essentially a really nice hotel. We had a friendly welcome when we dropped our bags early AM, the rooms were really nice and clean, and the breakfast was pretty good. However we were told to return by 23:00 and when we arrived at 22:45 the place was locked up. Apparently an email had been sent telling us our room entry codes but this was sent to the booking name who did not attend the trip in the end. It also would not have been a lot of use as our bags were locked away. After half hour of panic someone turned up and all was well. The same guy tried to tell us that breakfast was from 7:00, not 06:30 as stated, causing more confusion next morning. So all good but they seem to have an issue with times.

Professional, helpful and kind staff, spotless clean, great service in general. The only thing I'd ask next time is for a quiet room, better facing the street than the S-Bahn Station as, in my opinion, the window did not provide of a good sound isolation (room 427).

Youth hostel like and just next to the train tracks. Clean and friendly staff. Direct connection from the airport and to the city center. Good price despite trade fair...

It was so hot in the room (mid-April). Rest is clean and very convenient. Easy to get access at night with the available automate.

The room was perfect only the lock ofthe door wasn't. But we have recieved a new room for the night.

I had a nice stay at B&B Hotel München Moosach. It's located right next to the S-bahn and other public transport. There is a variety of shops in the direct vicinity. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel is on great location near to all kinds of transportation. Market is also very near the hotel. It is great location with great guy on reception who welcomed us. I would only loved one more "chair" as we were traveling as a couple and one big blanket instead of two smaller ones. Munich is great city and this is without a doubt the best hotel to stay in during journey! We will come back again!
