Unfortunately
an
emotionally
stressful
experience.
My
father
was
referred
to
the
clinic
by
the
radiologist
after
a
multiple
stroke.
The
largest
apoplex
was
no
longer
acute,
but
newer,
smaller
foci
were
visible
on
the
MRI
images,
so
another
attack
should
be
prevented.
In
the
emergency
room,
the
neurologist
Fr
Dr
S.
was
very
friendly,
albeit
extremely
stressed
by
constant
telephone
and
personal
interruptions
in
my
father's
examinations.
His
heart
should
be
examined
extensively
in
the
clinic.
My
father
is
privately
insured,
the
private
ward
2c
is
very
nice
and
modern
and
the
staff
is
friendly
and
endeavored,
even
if
my
requests
to
help
my
father
a
bit
with
eating
(e.g.
spreading
bread),
because
he
can
hardly
move
his
right
hand,
unfortunately
not
have
been
heard.
Nevertheless,
I
would
like
to
assess
it
largely
positively.
The
next
day,
I
came
at
noon
and
went
to
the
neurologist
Fr
Dr
L's
in
ward
2A
to
ask
about
the
results
so
far.
From
the
start,
Dr
L
was
extremely
defensive
and
very
unfriendly
and
informed
me
between
door
and
door
(no
meeting
room
available)
that
the
long-term
ECG
is
now
starting,
but
I
have
to
do
the
cardiac
ultrasound
on
an
outpatient
basis
and
my
father
does
not
really
belong
to
it
Clinic,
because
the
attack
is
not
acute.
I
reminded
her
of
the
findings
of
the
colleagues
with
the
new
herds
and
she
said
that
she
could
not
see
it
that
way
(the
next
day,
however,
she
writes
the
multiple
infarctions
in
her
report)
and
also
that
my
father
wanted
to
go
tomorrow
(he
himself
says
to
me
he
knows
nothing
of
a
layoff).
I
insist
on
the
completeness
of
the
examination
and
say
that
I
want
the
ultrasound
of
the
heart
and
that
my
father
is
in
no
condition
to
run
from
doctor
to
doctor
with
me.
It
is
only
when
I
ask
the
nurse
about
the
chief
doctor
and
this
comes
to
Fr
Dr
L
that
we
suddenly
get
the
ultrasound.
The
doctor
also
tells
me
that
I
can
pick
up
my
father
at
2
p.m.
the
next
day.
The
next
day
my
father
manages
to
call
me
from
the
landline
at
home
and
tells
me
that
he
was
released
at
10
a.m.
and
that
the
neighbor's
wife
had
given
him
money
and
put
him
in
a
taxi.
Contrary
to
what
was
agreed,
he
was
discharged
in
the
morning,
the
ECG
was
shortened
by
a
few
hours,
my
father
did
not
receive
a
discharge
sheet
(so
I
did
not
know
which
essential
medication
I
had
to
administer
in
which
dose)
and
no
one
came
up
with
the
idea
of
calling
me
so
I
can
pick
him
up.
My
phone
number
is
always
stored
everywhere
and
the
nursing
staff
knew
that
someone
was
taking
care
of
it.
My
father
is
in
his
late
70s,
had
several
strokes
and
the
clinic
puts
him
outside
the
door
without
having
the
results
of
the
cardiological
examination
and
therefore
neglects
the
duty
of
care
and
responsibility
with
care.
I
now
continue
to
take
care
of
my
father
from
home,
fear
another
infarction
and
wait
for
a
rehabilitation
place.
I
picked
up
the
discharge
form
myself
in
the
afternoon
on
the
day
of
the
discharge,
when
the
nurse
said
that
it
had
not
been
finished
this
morning.
All
in
all,
unfortunately,
a
stressful
experience
in
an
already
emotionally
stressful
situation,
so
this
KH
will
no
longer
be
a
contact
point
for
me
in
the
future.
(Original)
Leider
eine
emotional
belastende
Erfahrung.
Mein
Vater
wurde
vom
Radiologen
nach
einem
mehrzeitigen
Schlaganfall
an
die
Klinik
überwiesen.
Der
größte
Apoplex
war
schon
nicht
mehr
akut,
allerdings
waren
auf
den
MRT
Bildern
neuere,
kleinere
Herde
zu
sehen,
sodass
ein
weiterer
Anfall
unbedingt
verhindert
werden
sollte.
In
der
Notaufnahme
war
die
Neurologin
Fr
Dr
S.
sehr
freundlich,
wenn
auch
extrem
gestresst
durch
ständige
telefonische
und
persönliche
Unterbrechungen
der
Untersuchungen
meines
Vaters.
Sein
Herz
sollte
in
der
Klinik
ausführlich
untersucht
werden.
Mein
Vater
ist
privatversichert,
die
Privatstation
2c
ist
sehr
schön
und
modern
und
das
Personal
freundlich
und
bemüht,
auch
wenn
meine
Bitten,
meinem
Vater
beim
Essen
ein
bisschen
zu
helfen
(zB
Brot
streichen),
da
er
seine
rechte
Hand
kaum
bewegen
kann,
leider
nicht
gehört
wurden.
Dennoch
möchte
ich
hier
weitestgehend
positiv
bewerten.
Am
nächsten
Tag
kam
ich
mittags
und
ging
in
die
Sprechstunde
der
Neurologin
Fr
Dr
L
auf
Station
2
A,
um
nach
den
bisherigen
Ergebnissen
zu
fragen.
Fr
Dr
L
trat
von
Anfang
an
extremst
defensiv
und
sehr
unfreundlich
auf
und
teilte
mir
zwischen
Tür
und
Angel
(kein
Besprechungsraum
vorhanden)
mit,
dass
nun
der
Langzeit
EKG
beginne,
aber
den
Herzultraschall
müsse
ich
ambulant
machen
und
eigtl.
gehöre
mein
Vater
nicht
in
die
Klinik,
denn
der
Anfall
sei
nicht
akut.
Ich
erinnerte
sie
an
den
Befund
der
Kollegen
mit
den
neuen
Herden
und
sie
sagte,
das
könne
sie
so
nicht
sehen
(am
nächsten
Tag
schreibt
sie
die
mehrzeitigen
Infarkte
allerdings
in
ihren
Bericht)
und
außerdem
wolle
mein
Vater
morgen
gehen
(er
selbt
sagt
zu
mir,
er
weiß
nichts
von
einer
Entlassung).
Ich
insistiere
auf
die
Vollständigkeit
der
Untersuchung
und
sage,
dass
ich
den
Ultraschall
des
Herzens
möchte
und
dass
mein
Vater
nicht
in
der
Verfassung
sei,
mit
mir
von
Arzt
zu
Arzt
zu
rennen.
Erst
als
ich
bei
der
Schwester
nach
dem
Chefarzt
frage
und
dies
an
Fr
Dr
L
gerät,
bekommen
wir
plötzlich
den
Ultraschall.
Die
Ärztin
sagt
mir
außerdem,
ich
könne
meinen
Vater
am
nächsten
Tag
um
14
Uhr
abholen.
Am
nächsten
Tag
schafft
es
mein
Vater
mich
vom
Festnetz
zu
Hause
anzurufen
und
sagt
mir,
dass
er
bereits
um
10
Uhr
entlassen
wurde
und
ihm
die
Frau
des
Zimmernachbarn
Geld
gegeben
habe
und
ihn
ins
Taxi
gesetzt
habe.
Er
wurde
entgegen
der
Absprache
vormittags
entlassen,
der
EKG
wurde
damit
um
einige
Stunden
abgekürzt,
mein
Vater
hat
keinen
Entlassungsbogen
mitbekommen
(ich
wusste
also
nicht,
welche
lebenswichtigen
Medikamente
ich
in
welcher
Dosis
verabreichen
musste)
und
niemand
kam
auf
die
Idee,
mich
anzurufen,
damit
ich
ihn
abholen
kann.
Meine
Telefonnummer
ist
immer
überall
hinterlegt
und
das
Pflegepersonal
wusste,
dass
sich
hier
jemand
kümmert.
Mein
Vater
ist
Ende
70,
hatte
mehrere
Schlaganfälle
und
die
Klinik
setzt
ihn
vor
die
Türe
ohne
die
Ergebnisse
der
kardiologischen
Untersuchung
zu
haben
und
schiebt
Fürsorgepflicht
und
Verantwortung
damit
fahrlässig
einfach
von
sich
weg.
Ich
pflege
meinen
Vater
nun
weiterhin
von
zu
Hause,
bange
vor
einem
weiteren
Infarkt
und
warte
auf
einen
Rehaplatz.
Den
Entlassungsbogen
habe
ich
mir
am
Tag
der
Entlassung
nachmittags
selber
abgeholt,
da
hieß
es
dann
vom
Pfleger,
der
sei
eben
heute
morgen
noch
nicht
fertig
gewesen.
Alles
in
Allem
leider
eine
belastende
Erfahrung
in
einer
ohnehin
schon
emotional
belastenden
Situation,
daher
ist
dieses
KH
in
Zukunft
für
mich
keine
Anlaufstelle
mehr.
