Went into the emergency, waited about 45 mins only. Afterwards was treated by a very competent doctor. Nothing bad to say about my experience. Would choose that clinic again, in case of any health issues.

I had been to the emergency ward for a hand surgery on a Sunday noon and I was so pleased with the service. The doctor took utmost care and the minor surgery went really well. Everyone from the reception to nurses to the doctor are really nice to you. Even though my Deutsche is not that great, they all were very kind to speak in English. I can only recommend this place.

Gut geführte Klinik; alles sehr akkurat auf Hygiene ausgerichtet, landschaftlich herausgehoben aus dem nördlichen flachen Münchner Norden - schöne geschwungene Architektur ; auch der ärztliche Ruf ist 😊. I had a laparoscopic myomectomy in October, very impressive clean operation which has healed a month later and left very small scars. The gynaecology department were very helpful and friendly from the time I went for consultation to day of the surgery. Great service from the team in the surgery room, all the way to the wake up room. Friendly staff throughout my stay in hospital. Thank you for the fantastic care.Service surpassed my expectations .

I gave birth to my daughter in Helios Dachau. Birth was not without complications, but I am very happy, with how doctors and midwives supported me and helped to deliver healthy happy baby through natural way. They were very reflective to my needs and wishes, kind and supportive. I felt like a princess in a five-star resort

Ich lag auf Station C 6 und wurde vom chirurgischen Team von den OPs bis zur Nachsorge perfekt, kompetent und freundlich betreut. Ebenso gut fühlte ich mich von den Pflegerinnen und Pflegern versorgt. Sie haben alle einen tollen Job gemacht. Danke! Wenn nötig, dann hier!

ich bin gestern wegen starker Beschwerden in die Notaufnahme gegangen und eigentlich hab ich immer total Angst, mich irgendwo beim Arzt vorzustellen, weil man oft abgewiesen wird. In Dachau wurde ich herzlich empfangen, nach einer total annehmbaren Wartezeit, hat man sich intensiv gekümmert. Alle, vom Pflegepersonal bis hin zur ärztlichen Belegschaft, waren sehr nett und fürsorglich. Grundsätzlich ist mir das positive Arbeitsklima direkt aufgefallen. Alle waren offen, freundlich und gut gelaunt, das färbt auch auf die Patienten ab. Danke nochmal für alles!

I gave birth to my son at Dachau Helios Klinikum on Jan 6 2024. They were the best in all aspects. First of all the team of Gynaecologists and mid wifes were super kind, helpful and patient. They listen to your minor concerns and give very positive support. I got acupuncture before labor. After birth, the station 3 gave full support even during night. We also had every essentials for the first days of baby including dress. I don’t have to think twice to suggest the place for any new mom to be. I have complete trust in the team.

Top organisiertes Krankenhaus mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal: Die Ärzte begegnen einem auf Augenhöhe und die Pflegekräfte sind freundlich und engagiert. Ebenfalls sind die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Information bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit und das Essen dort ist auch nicht übel. Fazit: Von meiner Seite aus eine sehr kompetente Klinik und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Ich war am 11.07. dort wegen Stomarückbau, am 18.07. mit CT, danach sollte ich noch 6 Wochen warten, am 29.08. bekam ich OP Termin für 10.10. weil man im September keine Anästhesisten hat und am 06.10. wurde der OP Termin abgesagt und am 10.10.2023 sagte man mir, dass man für solche Operationen kein Personal mehr habe und solche OPs nicht mehr machen könne. 3 Monate völlig unnütz wertvolle Zeit verschwendet.

Das ist das beste Krankenhaus bis jetzt in dem ich je war. Ich bin am Sonntag mit dem Rettungsdienst im Notdienst angekommen und wurde sofort behandelt. Die jungen Ärztinnen haben schnell gehandelt und sind jedem Problem nachgegangen. Ich bin mit allen Untersuchungen und das waren wirklich nicht wenig sehr zufrieden. Auch auf Station A ist es sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber, herzlich und willkommen. Ärztinnen, Krankenschwestern und Pflegepersonal sind nicht nur qualifizierte Fachkräfte die ihre Arbeit verrichten, nein sie sind menschlich und sehr herzlich. Vielen Dank, dass ich in ihrer Obhut bin.

Ein großes Lob an die Notaufnahme, die uns sehr freundlich und ruhig empfangen hat und uns das Gefühl gegeben hat, ernst genommen zu werden. Auch an die Station im 3ten Stock, die stets freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Das Servicepersonal war allerdings nicht sehr freundlich. Zimmer, Station etc waren sauber.

The treatment and the postoperative care has been super good. The staff has been professional and at the same time friendly and supportive. We now know for sure that we have received world-class care and that hope of life has returned. My family and I would like to thank professor Kleespies and the staff(Thorax and C1), but I'm not sure if a thank you or a thousand describes the feelings we experience after this stay and treatment. At least I know now how heroes look like outside the world of movies. A thousand THANKS FROM SWEDEN

American here, was in for a laparoscopic appendectomy and was met with a very friendly and attentive staff. The nurses were well on top of their game and the doctors were very informative. They were expeditious in their procedure and I can not speak more highly of their willingness to provide care. Great job you guys and keep doing what you're doing! Highly recommended!!

We came all the way from Sweden to get the best medical help Europe can offer. In my opinion we got world class medical healthcare. The doctors and the nurses was showing a medical knowledge and service that I have never experienced before.
