I had my wife's baby delivery at Frauenklinik and the experience was horrible. One of lady nurse was very rude and arrogant. She never talked gently through out overall delivery. We both were very tensed and thinking to go other hospital at the same time but the situation was very critical so we could not move out also. And finally she said that she has problem with Indian people. So I can only say that it was full of racism. I would never suggest any Indian for this hospital, especially for baby delivery. Other nurses and doctors were very good but due to that arrogant nurse our overall baby delivery went horrible.

I had a horrible experience in this hospital..If anyone plans to register here please give it a second thought! Firstly they will not admit anyone until one is dying of pain. That's what they did to me. I was sent back home twice even though I had so much pain. On the day of the delivery, the hebame assigned to us was extremely rude and had no empathy.People who can communicate in German are treated very badly. It took them almost 4 hours to get epidural because apparently there was only one person on the whole hospital available who could give epidural to me and this person was busy with some other c-section. While I was screaming in pain, this hebame was shouting at me for making noise (probably because she was expects women to laugh or smile when they are 9cm dilated). She also threatened me and my husband that if I don't stop complaining about the pain, she would leave the room (which she did and my husband had to bring her back). My experience was aweful here and I would never ever recommend anyone to register here. They made it traumatic for me and it took me a month to get over it. The doctors were very good in the hospital however 95% of the time you will have to deal with the hebame and if you don't get a friendly one you will have a tough time.

Nurses are very nice and supportive and there for us (Station 3). Doctors are very competent and supportive. Midwifes very friendly and there for all types of questions. Food is good, only is not very Diabetes friendly, there could be one vollkorn side dish option just in case it is needed. However, all warm recomendations for this amazing hospital and lovely personal.

Some of the nurses in the post delivery area are extremely unfriendly and impolite .There is always an authoritative mentality rather than a serving one . There is always a delay when u call someone. Sometime they never turn up at all . The person who was sharing our room also had a similar opinion. Most of the time pwople hesitate to give suggestions or opinions to the management as its just a two or three day affair . But the more time you stay here the more you realise the problems. We were quite happy with the support in the Kreißsaal.

How to start this review? Disaster! From beginning of this trip we were so happy that we got place for delivery on our baby and then all turned 360. If you are becoming parents and you have other opportunity please consider about signing up in this hospital. Waiting line is looong. There is so bad organization and planning that them selfs are sometimes not able to deal their patients. For their competence I won’t be able to comment to much, i am not an expert but normal person can feel that you are not becoming the care and treatment from the staff. Fake hospitality and smiles, and waiting and waiting. Last check before birth was scary, they were measuring the baby weight, three persons three different results, and they asked us to decide if we want to make c-section. I don’t think that the patients should „decide“ if they „want“ a c-section, this is not choosing one of the menus in restaurant. Because their fear of baby being very big, they made my wife to born with c-section(which we think it was mistake) . All went, c-section done, thanks good our 4 kg baby came to the world healthy and all was good, but not my wife, still not, even after one week today we are fighting with infection and inflammation of the wund. Well it was enough, believe me this is just the short story, but I won’t wish noone same problems that we have. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to no one, sure taken all from my point pf view, from out situation

Honestly worst place to give birth at. Had a horrible horrible experience with the nurses there. I had a csection and They were so not helpful or empathetic after i did the csection. Never again going to this hospital. Im a first time mum and with csection i barely can even carry my baby after the surgery, yet they were not empathetic in helping regardless. Just wanted to leave this place as soon as possible.

My wife and I had an exceptional experience at the Rotkreuzklinikum München - Frauenklinik. We had a premature birth of twins at week 34 and the care provided by all the doctors, nurses, and midwives was outstanding. We are immensely grateful for their expertise, support and compassion during our stay. Many thanks for giving our little ones such a good start into their life!

Very good hospital in Munich. The doctors and most of the Hebammas can speak in English too. They are friendly and very caring. Right decision at the right time saved the life of my baby. I had my delivery recently and they took very good care of me and my baby. I am extremely happy with the hospital. The inducement technique used by the doctors was wise as I was overdue. The rooms are neat and food given was nice. I will highly recommend this place for all mothers to be.

Be careful. My wife got an appointment from here, they said they accept TK insurance on the phone. Then she went to her appointment and they said they don't accept TK. They are tricking you into getting a private care where you have to pay, because you don't want to wait more to get an appointment elsewhere. They can get away with this because there are no repercussions.

I gave birth to my child at this clinic in October 2022. My entire experience was extremely positive. Despite my German not being very good, this was never problem - I was followed by an Italian midwife, Silvia, and doctor von Obernitz spoke perfect English. The other midwives and doctors were always very friendly and helpful as well. I would choose the same clinic for a future birth and can highly recommend it!

Amazing, amazing, amazing team, support and medical expertise here for birth delivery ! Initially registered in another clinic (Geseinhofer) where I felt extremely badly welcomed with 2 totally unfriendly ladies at the reception not speaking a word of English, I decides to leave on the day of my birthday delivery. I got accepted by miracle at Taxisstraße and can only thank heaven for that !! Dr Karlin (a fantastic Doctor and human being) and her team have been A-MA-ZING with my husband and I from the beginning til the end of a 25h labor. Special warm thanks to hebamme Dorothea. The experience afterwards for the wochenbett has been supported by a team of very professional experts too, from Doctors to breath feeding consultants, to very nice nurses, with a very personal and caring approach. I thank them all again and wish all the future moms could have the same experience as I had.

Thank you so much for your professionalism. My baby was born at your outfit and you were so incredibly good in easing and helping out the process. I can’t name all your names here but every single one of you have been helpful and my wife and I are thankful for your service. Keep doing the good work!

Absolutely amazing, I can recommend giving birth here! It was my first baby and I didn’t know what to expect. Thanks to wonderful midwife Anne Marie and the team I received fantastic support and care during the birth and afterwards. Everything was extremely professional but also with individual approach. I am very grateful I was surrounded by the staff I can rely on and trust their guidance during the birth. Thank you again for everything!

I gave birth to my first child at the Frauenklinik Taxisstrasse. My experience with the staff and the way my delivery was handled was entirely positive. The nurses, the midwives, the doctors and all employees were professional and very kind explaining how to take care of my baby. The food was also very good and the meals were accurately scheduled. The two things which I haven’t liked about my experience there were: 1) when I was still pregnant I had a few appointments scheduled (I was over the due date) and had to wait for over 1 hour to meet a doctor. I had no sort of priority over women in their early stage of pregnancy. (For me at that stage it was hard to sit, to stand or to wait in general). 2) it was not possible to be accomodated in a private room and, in my experience, the situation at night got pretty chaotic because the other woman in the room was awake and in pain and her husband was by her, sitting on a chair all night long. Also, I had no privacy nursing my baby during the visiting hours, as the visitors of the other woman in the room would stay in the room and even use our own bathroom too. I would recommend this klinik as they definitely know how to take care of you but it is not a place in which you can rest and recover. I went home after two nights.

Amazing facilities and people. Everything went great for us. My wife and I decided to get a private room and we were amazed by what we got in turn. we felt as in a Hotel. Please note that this was pre-Corona period.

I delivered my first baby at Frauenklinik in April 2023. I was surprised to receive the facilities and support the hospital staff provided to us right from arriving to the hospital till the discharge. We did all the communication in English. Almost all the staff made us feel comfortable and motivated me during labor time and throughout the delivery process. The baby clothes provided was neat and clean. The wochenbed room was very clean. Hospital provided three meals a day which was surprisingly good at taste. I would highly recommend this hospital.
