Unfortunately, an unacceptable treatment. If one wasn’t the default it would be zero stars. There is neither listening nor attention to the person. Thus, any trust in the doctors is not given. Instead of offering a real solution (based on the goals/wishes of the inquirer) or discussing together, one is belittled and simply ignored. Personal backgrounds or the actual core of the request is not addressed. Any information is simply ignored. Empathy, which should play a major role in this profession, is non-existent. Completely unqualified for what one should be able to expect here. The conditions in this field are mildly alarming. According to the doctor's own statement, "only medications are actually prescribed" here. For everything else (such as proper communication, general advice, an introduction, whether he is even the right address, etc.) is not dealt with here. You are directly told that this is not part of the service. Well, okay what then? The title of the doctor is completely misleading and has offend nothing to do with his actual activity. That is not sustainable. How something like this can even be allowed in Germany is a mystery to me! How low the quality of the doctors is and how overburdened the system is, I was absolutely not aware of before this experience. I am still very surprised. The entire procedure in this practice is an absolute impertinence. The poor rating online speaks for itself. It is not recommended to put yourself in such incompetence! Diagnoses plucked out of thin air, which are amazingly wrong and absolutely do not correspond to anything mentioned. If they had actually listened once, when the other side was talking, not just stare into the PC, or rattle around in their papers, they could have saved me and themselves a lot of time. This system needs a reset. I would never come here again.

Dr. Ngo and his team are super friendly and competent. The practice is new, clean and modernly equipped. Dr. Ngo took his time, listened to me and treated me very understandingly and kindly. Despite the appointment, the waiting time was very long, which could also be due to the Bavarian summer holidays. I'll definitely come back if I have any problems.

New patient have never actually been seen so can't speak for actual service when seen. My dr is ill (sorry to hear all my sympathies) and we had rescheduled an appointment for a month later (after already waiting a month for this one) and now I show up and apparently the dr is still ill and no-one bothered to contact me to cancel the appointment and they tell me to contact them again in March. I have never seen anyone why do I need to wait 5 months for an appointment?!

Rude unfriendly recipients / MFA. The doctor is ok. But the ladies at the reception - terrible.

People here are probably the friendliest I have ever run across in a doctor's office in Germany. Doctors really ask you questions to find out what you might have when normally they want to be done with you as soon as possible. Almost everybody here speaks English. 👌🏻

Great practice. Found them through doctolib. Love that I can make appointments online. Both the doctors I went to spoke english and could help me. The appointments go by fast, get right to the point, ask everything. Recommend

The doctor from this center is very kind, empathic and a helpful professional, I felt very comfortable and thankful during and after the meeting with him. The bad part about this was the wait time for the appointment. After waiting 7 months, they pushed my date for 2 extra months, and twice again in a matter of weeks. But definitely the worse part was the rude, inconsiderate and careless person in the front desk (I believe their name was Sophie) who, quote: “doesn’t care about your problem and she’s just doing her job” without any consideration or sensitivity towards your need… A healthcare worker… Hopefully if you go, you’ll get a kinder person in the front desk and won’t have to deal with this person. To be fair, waiting lists for these type of appointments are really long in Munich, and this is a very good doctor. So if the waiting times in other places are all equally long, I would definitely choose this place. Hopefully they can offer appointments without such big gaps soon.

I have been a patient here for about 2 months and I am more than satisfied. I have rarely seen such nice doctors and medical assistants. You feel taken seriously and in good hands here. Many thanks to the whole Kirinus team for your great work :)

I came to the practice through Doctolib and am looking forward to finding a new, competent family doctor in Dr. N. to have found. He is empathetic, listens to you and asks the right questions. I also find it practical that you can book appointments online and there is the option of video appointments. The reception is also friendly. I feel very well looked after in the Kirinus practice.

Frau Dörte is the nicest doctor I have ever met. She did relevant tests right away to diagnose my condition. She actually listens to your problems and tries to help you.

In any case, I can warmly recommend the practice. Despite the high volume of patients, all the employees were very friendly and the waiting times were very short, and I also got an appointment at very short notice. Dr. Ngo took a lot of time and treated me very competently - I always felt like I was in good hands.

Had an Appointment with Frau Dr Claudia künneth, attended the appointment on time but did not get to see her. Had to wait 50 minutes and then cancel my appointment. This clinic assumes probably that you have nothing else to do in life. Another fact is that last year i had to do the same. Why having Online Appointments when you can’t entertain them ? Better start walk-ins so no one can complain waiting for a day

Nice team, appointments possible at short notice, usually a short waiting time. You can definitely reach us by phone, but you just have to answer the answering machine. But then you will be called back at short notice. However, this is not unusual when there is a high volume of patients. Accessibility is great via subway, bus and tram, and Hirschgarten S-Bahn is also not far. All in all, absolutely recommended!

I'm my doctor, Dr. Lorenz followed me to this practice, so we continue to receive very good and personal medical care. The practice team has a lot to do, but is always very friendly and communication via email is quick and competent. The waiting times are rather short despite the high number of visitors. After changing practices, I now feel well looked after here too.
