Mein Mann ist pflegebedürftig und dement, während in anderen Kliniken umfangreiche Physiotherapie und Logopädie erfolgte und er täglich in den Rollstuhl gesetzt wurde, wurde hier, nach Aussage einer Ärztin, ausschließlich die Entzündung mit Antibiotika behandelt und er ansonsten einfach im Bett liegen gelassen. Das erklärt für mich auch seine starke allgemeine Verschlechterung, vor allem auch die sprachliche, nach seinem ersten Aufenthalt dort. Obwohl es eine Geriatrie-Station gibt, wurde er immer auf anderen Stationen behandelt. Ich hatte auch keine Möglichkeit mit ihm zu telefonieren, falls er die gewünschte Chefarztbehandlung bekommen hat, habe ich zumindest von diesem nie gehört. Angerufen wurde ich einmalig als man mir ankündigte ihn früher als geplant zu entlassen, die Schwestern hätten sich dies gewünscht. Vielleicht sollte man keine Patienten mit Pflegegrad 5 dort annehmen wenn die Pflege nicht geleistet werden kann. Die Entzündung ist bisher nur rückläufig und für mich ist es absolut fahrlässig ihn so und in seinem Alter und Allgemeinzustand, vor einem Wochenende zu entlassen. Kommunikation und Förderung des Patienten war in allen bisherigen Krankenhäusern deutlich besser. Nachtrag 15.03 Mein Mann hatte trotz starker Schluckstörungen aufgrund der Demenz, sehr große Antibiotikatabletten verschrieben bekommen. Daraufhin wurde er noch im Krankenhaus belassen, da er die Antibiotikabehandlung bis zum 18.03 weiterführen sollte, die Tabletten aber nicht schlucken kann. Heute kam dann der Anruf, der Chefarzt sei am Sonntag in der Klinik gewesen (sonst war übers Wochenende immer nur ein Diensthabender Arzt für das komplette Klinikum vor Ort) und die Transfusionen wurde ohne meine Zustimmung mit sofortiger Wirkung abgesetzt. Mein Mann war nun bereits zum sechsten Mal in weniger als drei Monaten mit einer wiederkehrenden Blasenentzündung/Blutvergiftung im Krankenhaus. Zuerst die frühere Entlassung und als dies nicht möglich war, eine nicht mehr nötige Antibiotikabehandlung, das hinterlässt bei mir keinen guten Eindruck. Ich kenne es nicht, dass eine Antibiotikabehandlung nur weil der Patient kein Fieber mehr hat (Aussage der Ärztin) vorzeitig gestoppt wird. Ganz im Gegenteil, wird doch sonst immer betont, wie wichtig eine ausreichend lange Behandlung ist.

Ich berichte über einen Aufenthalt auf Station 6: Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich gut und sehr freundlich, der Stationsleiter unglaublich engagiert (hat sogar die Diätassistentin eingebunden, um optimale Ernährung zu gewährleisten), sympathisch und freundlich! Der Mann ist zudem emphatisch und fachlich nicht zu übertreffen; Eine sehr junge Ärztin allerdings extrem unsicher und fachlich anderer Meinung als der sehr kompetente, gute Oberarzt Dr. Nikolaus. Den Stern Abzug gibts für die junge Ärztin, ansonsten ist diese Klinik, im speziellen Station 6, ein absoluter Glücksfall! Bitte weiterhin so gut bleiben!!!

Ich empfehle KEINEN Menschen dieses Krankenhaus!!!. Meine Freund wurde leider mit Krankenwagen dort hin gebracht wegen Schmerzen Druck in der Brust,sehr erschweres atmen, starkes Herzklopfen und schwitzanfall. Nach 3 Tage aufenthalt wurde nichts gescheites untersucht. Meine Freund geht es nur noch schlechter aber das interessiert keinen Arzt dort. Keine Herz untersuchungen oder sonst noch was er wurde entlassen einfach nur unmenschlich in so einem Zustand jemanden gehen zu lassen unverantwortlich und unverschämt.!!!

Dame mit 84 Jahren) Bei Nachfrage wie es denn der Mutter geht , wurde nur gesagt „gut“ eine genauere Auskunft gab es nicht. Als wir den Namen der Schwester erfragen wollten , wurde uns garstiger Weise gesagt, dass sie ihren Namen nicht preis geben müsse. Schlussendlich gab sie uns einen falschen Namen, wie sich im Nachhinein herausstellte. Als die Mama nach einer neuen Sauerstoff Flasche fraget, die schon fast leer war, wurde nur abgewunken und gesagt „das reicht schon noch“ was es natürlich nicht tat…. CT werte wurden einfach nicht weitergeleitet u.s.w. Ich kann nicht verstehen warum man gerade mit älteren Menschen so umgeht. Wenn diese Schwestern keinen Bock zum arbeiten haben sind sie dort falsch am Platz…. Ich kann die momentane Situation gut versteh, überall herrscht Personalmangel, deswegen muss man trotzdem freundlich bleiben!!!!!!!! Dieses Krankenhaus hat mächtig nachgelassen, die Mama war nicht das erste mal dort . Eigentlich sollte ein Mensch im Krankenhaus gut aufgehoben sein. Bei euch tut es das leider nicht!!!!!! Ich bin neu im Land und habe nach einem Krankenhaus gesucht, ich habe gute Referenzen von College-Ärzten gehört, Aber leider war die Person, die heute Morgen im Informationsmodul war, nicht aufgeklärt oder hat mir Informationen gegeben, ich muss mir ein anderes Krankenhaus suchen.

Meine Oma (Ingrid R.) möchte sich herzlichst bei Oberarzt Herr Dr. Aumüller und seinem Team für die tolle Behandlung und Versorgung bedanken. Sie ist sehr zufrieden und begeistert von der Klinik.

Ältere Schwerkranke Patienten werden einfach ignoriert. Wir können dieses Krankenhaus auf keinen fall Empfehlen. Minus Fünf Sterne würde es Besser treffen.

Ich kann diese Klinik und Ihr Personal nur positiv bewerten und möchte mich auf diesem Wege für eine ganz tolle Zeit bedanken. 11 Tage habe ich hier mit gelegen und es ging mir anfangs sehr schlecht. Dank der einfühlsamen Pflegekräfte und dem gesamten Know-How des Ärzteteams ging es dann doch schnell wieder bergauf. Einfühlsam, mit offenen Ohr, kooperativ, freundlich trotz starker Belastung zur Pandemie (und sicher nicht nur da) hat das Team von Station 3 ganze Arbeit geleistet. Als Patient stand man hier stets im Mittelpunkt und auf die Wünsche des Patienten ist hier stets eingegangen worden. Man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass hier alles getan wird, damit die Genesung schnell vorangeht. Selbst das Essen, welches meistens geschmacklich gut war, kann hier nur gelobt werden. Lediglich die Portionsgröße am Abend sollte nochmal überdacht werden bzw. den Patienten für Mehrkosten ein erweitertes Angebot gemacht werden. Ganz positiv möchte ich das stille Wasser, welches man hier bekommt, erwähnen, denn im Gegensatz zu anderen Kliniken wird hier nicht an der falschen Stelle gespart. Von Herzen Danke an das Team der Station 3!
