Made my apppointment to make a laser treatment wich I was told on the phone that the appointment had to be in that especific day and hour so the room would be available for me.everything fine until Dr. Vargas came into the consultation room (not the room where they make the treatments) I felt already that she was in a hurry (even asked to the assistant if the next patient was already in the treatment room).After talking about the possible treatments we could make I asked then if we could proceed with the one I already had on mind and she told me that this was just a consultation for 10 minutes.if i wanted a treatment then i would have to book another appointment.I told her that I have booked to make the treatment and she insisted this is only 10 minutes information and after saying god-bye she just quickly disappeared from the room leaving me with the assistant. So at the end I had to pAy for the 10 minutes of her time plus they charged me around 16 euros for the appointmemt i made on the phone.Crazy...right???Very disspointed

Unprofessional and felt homophobic!! I went to find a reason for possible hair loss. Not only was the appointment pointless, as Dr. Varga was not able to conduct the test on my hair on a Thursday, but it also left me feeling insulted and uncomfortable. When she asked if I was married and I responded with the fact that I am to a man, the diagnosis quickly went to syphilis related hair loss. I told her I was nearly completely sure I do not have syphilis, as I have regularly tested in the past and am married, yet she had made up her mind. Dr. Varga even referred to me as HIV+, which I am not either (a fact I had mentioned to her earlier in the appointment!). When I pointed this out to her, I was then referenced as a person in a high risk group (did not know married people pose a high risk group!). There is no problem in being HIV positive, and syphilis is treatable, yet it is important that a patient is believed when he discusses his status and is not type cast simply for being gay. I do not have either and focussing on these two issues has wasted my time. I question whether Dr. Varga would have made such a diagnosis if I was a married straight man, or would have jumped to such insulting assumptions. The whole experience felt homophobic to me. A wasted appointment later, I am still no wiser to what may or may not cause my hair loss, and have been insulted and demeaned in the process.

I can never believe that my pimple is healing so much better!! And dark spot is way lighter. I got some pigmentation in summer, and Dr helped me to treat them well too. I have been consulted here since April for many of my skin issues, all the doctors are very nice and friendly plus they speak English. I followed everything they said, I used cream they prescribed, I listened what they suggested on things to be careful about food, etc, etc. At the beginning I was consider of laser treatment, but they suggested me not to , because laser might not suit on my skin type, I was`t so sure at first whether some cream can heal pimples, but now I am so happy of listening to doctors here and trust the progress and be patient. Thanks to you all you really made my skin different. I am certainly happy about the result. And will continue ask for help in here.

Dr Verga gave me good treatment and recommandations for my acne. But appointment are always speed and expensive. I always had 10min appointment maximum for 65€ each (really expensive) just for talking and getting new prescription, no analysis on my skin, I never had time to really show my skin to the doctor, she never touch my skin just looked at it from the other side of the desk. And once I had laser treatment for my scars 5min 128€.

Sie hat mir auch immer ganz klar gesagt, was ich tun soll und mich nicht einfach in der Luft hängen lassen. Auch alle Produkte die sie mir empfohlen hat waren super und haben mir sehr geholfen. Bei Fragen konnte ich jederzeit anrufen und wurde verlässlich zurückgerufen und wie oben schon erwähnt, wurde sich immer ausreichend Zeit genommen, sowohl von Frau Dr. von Bayern als auch von Frau Dr. Varga. Auch die Kosmetikbehandlungen dort sind wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, das gesamte Praxis-Team ist super lieb und zuvorkommend und man fühlt sich dort einfach gut aufgehoben.
